We came in on Easter Sunday when it wasn’t busy. About 6 tables seated with 3-4 people maybe at each. The bartender didn’t greet us, just asked us how many and walked away assuming we should follow. He sat us and didn’t say anyone would be over to help us. We sat for 10 minutes with no one acknowledging us. Multiple tables paid to leave and even one group of 4 came in after us and was sat, ordered and received drinks and had their dinner ordered before anyone even looked at us. Only saw the bartender and one other server there along with a food runner. If you’re going to be slow, then say that when you seat us. If you are short staffed, say that when we are assume you are just unorganized. More importantly, making anyone wait for more than 10+ minutes to even be acknowledged when sitting at a table is not acceptable in the service industry. This is why I read the reviews and was skeptical, but now for sure we will not be going back when the fault is at your end. Service is everything, and if you want customers, you need to care when people come to dine at your establishment.

If your looking for good food in a laid back, friendly atmosphere, Park City Brewing is the place for you. I got the fried chicken sandwich, and it was great. Very nice flavor combination and crispy. I especially enjoyed the fries, and the different seasonings you could get on them. Would definitely dine here again!

Let’s start with the obvious, the brew selections are next level. Flavorful and refreshing, especially asking hitting the mountain. The food was delicious! Definitely recommend the Waygu Burger. All that being said, the reason you want to make a stop here…CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! Been here a week and everyone has been dry and depressing. The team here was top tier! Attentive, kind, and super hospitable. They match the vibe you get when you watch the landscape. Flat: THIS IS THE SPOT!!!!

We had previously enjoyed coming here for the local family friendly atmosphere but that all changed yesterday when our group was aggressively and rudely made to leave for "camping out" even though we had only been seated for an hour. Apparently this place is no longer for locals or for families with kids. We will not be coming back as no one should be treated like how we were.

Having been there for less than an hour, spent $250, we had about 10 of us, with our kids- and the bartender (who wasn't our waiter) told us we were “camping out” and he took our beers and food. He started clearing our table very aggressively. He then asked if we wanted “our backwash” back…. This guy was insanely aggressive and rude. The brewery was on our regular rotation with our friends (we’ve lived here over 10 years) but we will never go back until Andrew is gone. Andrew literally made us feel unsafe… and we were their customers. Wild experience. I wish it on nobody.

We are a group of locals, about 10 of us. We have a couple kids and we’d go tot the brewery often. We had been at the brewery from 4:30 to 5:30. The bartender Andrew came over and started clearing our table before we were done, half filled beers, and then told us to “stop camping out” and we should leave. Once Andrew started shouting at us (literally shouting) I confronted him and he was clearly not sober- He was incredibly angry, shouting, yelling at the full restaurant to film us for “camping out”… meanwhile our bill was over $250.Having been to the brewery no less than 20 times, our group will never got back until Andrew is gone.I asked to speak to a manager. He told me there was not a manager and that it’s owned by 20 different people. And that I could never talk to them.Poor investors. With a shouting maniac like Andrew, it’s likely the investors will lose their money.

Visiting for the weekend. Mediocre beer, they only take credit/debit cards, servers could use some training.

My wife and I have been enjoying PC Brewery since they opened, considering there aren’t too many options. We came here with some friends from out of town over the weekend to show them the local brewery and we must have picked the wrong day. We witnessed an uncomfortable altercation between the server Andrew and one of his tables that was occupied by a family with children. Regardless of what caused this altercation it’s disgusting to see a server treat guest that way, especially with children. Honestly, that servers behavior was very suspicious during our whole time there so I’m not surprised he lost his cool.
