The food is disappointing. The noodle is way too soft like soaked in water for hours. The beef is like 5-6 pieces for 19.99 price. I didn’t finish even 1/4 of the portion.

3.5 stars rounded up to 4. If you’re craving pho and in PC, this is the right place for you. I must warn you that it’s very mom and pop style but VERY Park City type pricing lol. Picture attached was $60 w/ tip - beats a trip back down to Salt Lake City.
Owner, please add some music to the restaurant because there was some horrendous coughs happening 😂😂
Classic pho restaurant. Less meat than you would expect for a $20 bowl, but broth was super great!

Food was delicious. The bean sprouts and mint leaves meant for the Pho were super fresh.
My kids loved the chicken fried rice. And my wife loved her shrimp noodle dish.
Ambience is super basic, but it is still 10x better than sitting on a stool beside a busy road in Saigon.
Will definitely be back. Enjoy the Pho that will warm u up after a day on the slopes!

I have no idea how they stay in business given the fortune they spend on heating.

Food is pricey. We had a spring roll, fried spring roll and a coffee for $30. Food was ok.

Food was very good. They had chili oil so it helped enrich the flavor. Server was very polite.

This place has great pho. Similar to other reviews I thought the pho did lack a normal amount of protein but everything else was great. The price is pretty high for a bowl. $20/bowl and after tip and Tex I spent $24. Seems pretty high even by my San Francisco standards. I ate here midweek for lunch and it was easy to get in and out.
First, the portions are small in terms of protein. You get a huge bowl with broth and noodles and 5 slices of meat. Second, the place didn’t look clean. Thirdly, the broth wasn’t bad but on the sweeter side. I would skip this place !

This is a small authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Park City. The menu is simple but their Pho is excellent and they were very kind to lend us some bowls and spoons to eat at our Airbnb. If you’re looking for authentic Pho in Park city this is an excellent choice.

The food was amazing!! The only downside was there was no heat and some odd old person (guessing owner) staring at my husband and I eating the whole time.

If you’re looking for amazing pho, fried rice or any other Vietnamese specialties, you’ve got to try PC Pho!! My husband and I look forward to our ski trips so we can stop in for some delicious food! This is a little, no frills restaurant but you should definitely give it a try. You won’t be disappointed!!

Great Value Meal for less than $9
I bought something affordable for my income just 2 shrimp springrolls. Can’t complain because because spring rolls were good. Probably fill up on chips from 7-11 after.

A good place if you are looking for a Pho to warm you up on a cold day in Park City.
Kind and very rapid service with the waiter.
I got the B1 steack Pho, it was good but there was a very low amount of steack, which was my only disappointment.
