PCR never disappoints. I spent Christmas dinner there with my son. It was festive and warm and beyond delicious. We had several apps, entrees, and drinks. The best apps were the baked brie and the spicy clams. Omg, the clams! Get extra bread to dip into that wondrous broth. The mole lamb shank was truly delicious as well, very well balanced w spicy mole, pickled veg, and cheesy grits! The diver scallops were perfectly cooked. I highly recommend the cocktails, the hot pumpkin toddy was soo nice. I will always come back to Pine Cone Ridge.

Pinecone Ridge was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service was truly incredible, and our server Victor deserves special recognition—he is easily one of the best servers we’ve had in recent history. Warm, attentive, and perfectly timed, his care elevated the entire evening. The food was some of the most interesting and creative we’ve had in Park City, with thoughtful flavors and presentations that stood out from the typical mountain dining options. The space itself was also fantastic—beautifully designed, comfortable, and welcoming. Pinecone Ridge delivers on every level and is a must-visit in Park City.

Mara was exceptional. She was our culinary guide at Pine Cone Ridge. She shared the must have dishes and let us enjoy dishes we may not have ordered otherwise. We had the kung pao tofu, blue cheese salad, french onion soup, miso Chilean seabass, duck leg confit and the banana cream pie. Everything is as you've never experienced before. Truly exceptional!!!
