A decent steakhouse but a little pricey for what it is. The service was top notch but the food was just ok. $100 for a Wagyu New York Strip that had no flavor. For the first time in my life I had to salt a Wagyu steak at a steak house. The sides and apps were good though. Most likely wouldn’t come here again though for the price.

Steak was charred and burnt. Also, if you don’t specify, they drown everything in pepper.

The $42 piece of chicken was dry. Sauce or sides sold separately. The Caesar salad was so badly dressed it was inedible. The soup was awful. The appetizers were not appetizing. The table was uncomfortable. The server was 18 years old and unkempt. There is literally nothing positive I can say about this experience. Egregiously overpriced, terrible food, poor service, in an uncomfortable setting. I’d rather fast.

The piano player is amazing! 5 stars for her! Otherwise we experienced bad food, unprofessional service, lousy atmosphere and an overpriced menu. The Caesar salad tasted like wet lettuce. Had to return French onion soup because it was so salty. The chicken breast was dry and partly inedible. At a steak house you expect servers dressed professionally and trained on fine dining. The young inexperienced wait staff look unkempt in t-shirts (the uniform) and don’t know the basics of table service like clearing dirty dishes. We were seated next to the bussing station where our waiter would peak his head over the wall to check on us. It was bizarre. The restaurant attracts a crowd of drunks and one of them tried to start a fight when someone bumped into his table by accident. The manager was aware of our poor experience and yet didn’t offer anything to make up for it besides an apology. I’ve had better food and service at Applebees.

Overall the food was excellent, and the service and atmosphere were wonderful. My only criticism is the prices - even in a ski town, $80 for a 10oz steak is pretty steep, and the wine in particular carries a serious markup.

I cannot stress how not worth it this restaurant is. Definitely not worth it for the price point. Everything was mediocre. The steaks were served on plates that were so hot the steaks overcooked themselves. The goat cheese and beet salad was legitimately just a salad with a whole beat in the middle. There was some goat cheese slabbed on top of the beet. I ordered a $20 spicy margarita which was just a normal margarita with jalapeño slices thrown in. If you want a good dinner in the area that's worth the price point, go to chophouse or literally anywhere else. This place wasn't super bad, but it was definitely not worth the price.

Prime steak house was phenomenal. Outstanding service, incredible steaks/food great atmosphere. Highly recommended.Vegetarian options: There are lots of options for vegetariansDietary restrictions: They ask if there are any dietary restrictions, and if so, make sure to mark those in all dishesParking: There are plenty of places to park around Prime, but sometimes you have to park pretty far away from Prime because Old town is quite popular.Kid-friendliness: There are some good kid meals.Wheelchair accessibility: There are stairs up to the restaurant, but besides that it's fine.
Close to Marriott Summit Watch. Was excited for a piano bar, but there was no piano I could see or hear from our table. But the food and service were excellent!!! The beet salad was huge, and we were glad we split it. Best filet mignon and scallops. Great wine selection. Didn't have room for dessert! Our waiter was so lovely, and he is new to the PC area. Gave great menu recommendations. Would definitely return here on our next visit to PC!
Excellent food and service. Enjoyed the Tuna Tartar starter and a Filet. The meat was cooked to perfection and the sides were also delicious. Not a fan of the ‘Piano Bar' part but fortunately we were seated farmed away from the live performance. Highly recommended (but be prepared for noise).

Amazing Steaks. Ordered bone in ribeye rare. Came out sizzling on a hot plate perfectly cooked and seasoned.
Please stop serving the ahi tuna. It was mediocre. The presentation of the cesar salad was like it came from someone’s house.

Tom is a terrible server, never wanted to bring any bread out, not a big deal, but everything took him forever to do and he would help other tables and get their stuff before mine even if I had asked first... Tom is a big L to have on the staff

I've eaten at many of the top steakhouses across the US. Had the onion soup and the 10oz filet, medium...both were underwhelming at best...brother had the salmon and he said it was slightly fishy tasting...our wives had the scallops and really enjoyed them. Overall, would not choose to eat here again-too many other options.

Good steaks, healthy veggies, pretty decent apps. Little dark and simple inside but good spot!
