The service was all over the place, we were in 3 different groups and they messed up 3/3 orders. Two orders were “made wrong” multiple times according to the workers. Numerous other customers came a went while we waited. Not to mention the third order was completely inconsistent with the quantity that we shouldve been given compared to everyone else in our groups order who ordered the same size.

My significant other and I go to the Park City location all the time. We love it there! The manage Corneliu is awesome too!

He runs a great shape, he’s very friendly and his workers all do a fantastic job. 👍🏼 I highly recommend going there and getting yourself a Chocovado or Velvet Samba. Those are two of our favorites. 😋

Enjoyed listening to Georgios Argentinian music and dancing. Great smoothie and kind staff!

I have been getting the PB Edge smoothie ever since the park city store opened and still love it!

Had to wait over 20 minutes for a smoothie. Only one employee serving 9 people. Too bad. The product is very good. But this place is always understaffed, never have the same employees, and the management/ownership has left it on auto-pilot. Somebody needs to take over, get interested in a better customer experience, or this place will have a for lease sign in the window soon. Really too bad.

I absolutely love Protein Foundry! I’m practically here every day and always order the Aphrodite with peanut butter – it’s SO delicious! The facility is always clean, and the staff are amazing. While I don’t know everyone’s name yet, they’re starting to recognize me, and I can’t believe I’m becoming a regular! Haha. Today, Georgios and Corneliu made my day – I walked in and they were like, “Aphrodite, vanilla yogurt with peanut butter for Caitlen?” They already knew! We had a great conversation, and it just made my visit even better. Everyone needs to check this place out!

We went in today. It took 30 minutes to get an açaí bowl, a smoothie and an avocado toast. The açaí bowl was fine, the smoothie came with a tiny straw that you couldn’t drink it through (which was probably a good thing because the smoothie tasted like strong, expired protein powder) and the toast was mediocre. The place was busy, but they were making the food and letting it sit on the counter. There wasn’t someone actually calling names and delivering the food. I went up and asked about our order and all of our food had just been sitting there. It was not good…

Rude, snotty teenagers behind the counter who clearly do NOT want to work. Either provide these employees with some customer service training or replace them. We won’t be going back after this afternoon’s experience with their employees.

I generally love coming to protein foundry. The fort union location has been great. But for some reason the location at kimball junction was a horrible experience. The customer service, or lack there of, was the issue.I wasn’t even greeted walking in, no smile no welcoming energy at all, it wasnt pleasant communication from the cashier, then it took about 15 min for 2 shakes, I wasn’t in eye sight of the front counter while waiting but unbeknownst to me my shakes were sitting there waiting. No “hey your order is ready” or nothing of the sort. They just set the shakes on the counter then went in the back until I walked out. I don’t think I’ll come back to this location. I strongly recommend having some sort of protocol for when customers walk in, as well as the follow through while they are there.

I understand that good food takes time, but 45 minutes for a smoothie?
