We had a wonderful experience, starting with our amazing waitress, Leona. She was welcoming, professional, and great to chat with—thank you, Leona! The food was excellent—my bison steak was cooked perfectly, and my girlfriend enjoyed her burger and fries. The views from the patio were absolutely stunning. Highly recommend!

We gave it a year from the time we went to this restaurant right after they opened and I’m not sure much has changed. Sat at table for 10 min before someone offered us water. 20 min before our waitress arrived.

Got the crab dip which was just ok. Definitely not fresh crab meat. Mashed potatoes were ice cold. And wait staff made every interaction awkward. Whoever is training their staff needs to keep working to make the interactions less awkward and disruptive.

We will unfortunately not be returning again.

On a positive note the veranda seating was lovely which is why I have the atmosphere a 5.

Decided to soak up the last of the Utah weather from the patio at Remington Hall and was not disappointed. The buffalo filet was perfectly cooked and my server Paul was kind and attentive. The only negative was that I was dining solo and couldn’t try more things

Had a wonderful breakfast at Remington Hall- service was outstanding. Our servers, Nicholas and Andrea, took very good care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. It is clear there is excellent communication amongst servers, and our food was delicious. Very glad we were able to stop by- definitely worth going to!!

We had a great dining experience at the Remington Hall restaurant at the Grand Hyatt. We loved the cozy atmosphere, delicious food, and incredible service. Leona was so kind and thoughtful. We will definitely return and ask for Leona to be our server again!

I was pleasantly surprised. Food tasted great, especially considering it's attached to the hotel.

This review is for lunch which the hotel only offers in the Remington Lounge. We were the only party eating lunch at noon in early July. This should have been a warning. Waiter was pleasant and accommodating but inexperienced. Had to ask for half and half with coffee and had to ask for ketchup with fries. Burger was excellent $28. Fries were limp. Prime rib dip would have been good except that au jus was horribly salty. Kitchen staff clearly does not taste what they serve. The lounge is dark and there is no real view to speak of except one end has outdoor patio tables but it is surrounded by high and ugly fencing and is inundated by the smell of chlorine from the adjacent pool. They provide 2 hours free valet parking. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Not ready for prime time—just like the Grand Hyatt it is located in.

Menu prices are inaccurate, there is no allergen information nor ingredients lists on the menu, and the chef is pompous to the point of being unwilling to make mashed potatoes without cheese.

Overall, our server was capable and working hard, but the rest of the experience was subpar. Outrageously overpriced food, out of date menus (think of safety…list your ingredients or at least common allergens), and an atmosphere that isn’t ready with the construction noise and dirt of the surrounding area.

Don’t visit Remington, for your money there are numerous venues that are better value and closer to wherever you are staying—unless it’s the Grand Hyatt. And if that’s the case, we know your first mistake…

What a delightful place to dine. The food was remarkable. The Bison was better than any steak you will ever eat! Thank you for 2 great nights of dinner. My family loved it! Great place to have dinner outside and let the kids play in the common area of outside games.

Husband and I have been here twice during our Memorial Day visit here. I want to clarify that Bill who helped us last night was so friendly and quick and the rest of the things mentioned in this review are NOT about Bill. He was so friendly and helpful in every way!

Anyway… I’m writing this review as we wait for our breakfast. It’s been over an hour so far and still no food. I have no idea what’s taking so long lol. There’s only one other table here, so it’s not a matter of being overbooked. My husband also asked to order lunch (he asked at 11:15) and the chef said no, I will not do it earlier than 11:30. Reasonable I guess but it was delivered in a snarky way. For reference, I ordered avocado toast and it’s taken over an hour. My husband ordered a sandwich.

As I finish this review, our food has still not come !

Update: we finally got our food at 12pm. We were seated at 10:38am. The people next to us just got their drinks and they were seated before us. Something is very off in how long it takes for things to arrive. And I hate to leave a bad review, but I hope the manager sees this so they know what’s happening and can make it better.

The food was five stars!! Fresh pull apart rolls for appetizer are a must, kale salad with bacon and carmelized pecans was amazing, chicken fingers for my daughter were clearly made from scratch, I had the salmon and my husband had the steak frites.. skillet cookie for dessert. Seriously everything was 10/10. And the views are beautiful to top it off. We had Rannie as our server and she was so sweet. Can’t wait to come back here!!

We had the pleasure of enjoying the Mother’s Day Brunch at Remington Hall. The food was not only delicious but beautifully presented. There was a wide variety of options and each one better than the next. The manager, Bill, was so wonderful, checking in on our experience and making sure we enjoyed ourselves. That added touch was special. We will definitely return soon. Highly recommend.
