Without a doubt, this was the best Ruth's Chris Steakhouse we had ever been to. From the fresh flowers to the outgoing staff made for such a wonderful evening. Our waitress did a phenomenal job. We had a great conversation with Paco, the manager who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The meal was served just the way we ordered. It's definitely a 5-star restaurant with 5 star staff. If you're in Park City, Utah, this is the place to eat. Thank you again to Paco and the staff at Ruth's Chris for a wonderful evening.

The restaurant was hot as the doors were open, ac would have been a nice relief after a hot day outside. It was hard to enjoy hot food with the warm temps inside the restaurant. Meal was delicious, table requested was granted, overall a nice evening.

Food was surprisingly very fat and greasy with way too much better not much for my filet mignon but also for my wife's sea bass. Little attention by our server who didn't show up for 15' and brought warm bread and our glass of wine after appetizers were long served. Granted it was Father's Day but this was by far my worst experience at Ruth's Chris in 15 years. And for $350 for two one should expect a better experience.

After an exhausting few months it was such a joy to eat on the patio. Our server was perfect. She let ease into the evening and make our decisions at our leisure. I forgot how much I've been missing Ruth's Chris steaks. The filet was amazing. We started with the Chop salad and ended with a sweet potato casserole topped with ice cream for dessert. If you haven't tried it you must! Best night in a long time. Thank you.

The tenderloin salad has diminished significantly in quality. It used to be four nice, succulent slices of steak. Now, even at medium rare, it came as little, and dry, chunks. And so much pepper on everything! Especially the steak. So sorry that one of my favorite go-tos is now so disappointing.

As frequent diners with Ruth Chris this was the worst experience we've ever had. It was a celebration of our son's graduation and we were excited for the conclusion of a day full of fun accomplishments. For starters it took probably 10-15 min for our server or water service to acknowledge us. Not typical. We had to wait so long that we made decisions on our entire meal with so much time to kill. The food arrived fairly quickly but 2 of our three meals were disappointing as the filets were ordered as med served med well and pretty dry. Overall we could feel less attention was being paid to us throughout the evening. We looked around and most tables weren't being bused until the table was empty. Same with ours. The staff was just not on it. No manager came by to check on us as has happened every time we've dined there in Park City location. It wasn't the worst experience we've ever had, but to be honest I'm going to think twice before making reservations for our next lifetime event. Please correct this as we loved dinning with you in the past and thru many of our celebrations in life.
