The food was great but I definitely was not impressed with the service. The server knew since we were a party of 7 he was automatically going to be getting a 20% tip and did not do well serving at all. Drinks were empty almost the whole time. They do not split checks into different party’s and they charge a 3% administration fee. Why not build that into the cost of food like other restaurants? That’s a huge turn off. I definitely won’t be back. There’s better places to dine with better service. Also restaurant seems outdated, could definitely use a remodel.

Great food and great service. Steaks were flavorful, but slightly overcooked. We have visited other Ruth’s in different cities and this one is comparable. Two cocktails, one appetizer, two steaks and one side with tip was $255.

This was a stupendous dining experience. The staff was exceptional as was the service. We never had to ask or wait for anything. Anytime we are vacationing in Park City we will make this one of our dining night locations.

Also had a bit of the filet, and of course different but with great taste!The wines are top!Go with the recommendations of your waiter…

We’ve been to this Ruth’s Chris a handful of times and have always had great experiences until we went for our anniversary this last time. First they didn’t decorate the table like I requested but that didn’t bother me too much. We got sat down and as soon as we asked for the early bird menu our waiter was very short and unfriendly with us. Once we got our food our waiter told us he’d be back to check on us to see how everything was tasting.. but he never did. He would walk right by our table without even a glance. We saw him laughing and talking with all his other tables, I could not believe that was really happening. My husband had a gross mushy steak and was waiting for our waiter to come back to check on us to let him know. The bus boy came to box up our meals and we STILL hadn’t seen our waiter. I have never been treated so poorly before. His name was Chris and if it were up to me he’d be fired. We were very disappointed and will likely never go there again.

Everything was great to celebrate our anniversary. Our server Sarah was fabulous. There were rose petals on our table as we arrived. Complimentary dessert to celebrate. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. However, we didn't know there was parking available underground until we drove about a block away in the cold weather to find a paging spot. Only to be told once we entered the restaurant.

While the crab and lamb entrees drew rave reviews. the ribeyes were of a poor cut, leaving quite a bit of gristle. Moreover, the bleu cheese crust was not a crust but rather some bleu cheese simply scooped over the top. The scalloped potatoes were perfect, yet the asparagus was cold. Desserts were fantastic.
For the price we paid you would think they would get a steak temperature right. My medium rare filet was still mooing and raw. My salad the lettuce was yellow and white. For $300 not very impressed. Probably would not return.

What a wonder evening we had here! A beautiful view of the ski hill, wonderful live music, and delicious food. Our waiter, Riland, was especially helpful and had great recommendations for our meal. (The bread pudding was the best we’ve ever had). His service was excellent and he made us feel welcome and comfortable. 5/5 all the way!

Wonderful food and service. Our table for 2 was in a large room that was very loud. We were there for the food so it was fine with us but not great for conversation. Overall other than then loudness it's gets a 10/10
