Fabulous food and service
Update: We came back. They still have price fix menu which is nice with several of their main dishes and a special. From there we had the Scottish Salmon. We also had the Pork Osso Bucco and the Elk burger from the regular menu. The burger received a rave review from my son who eats a lot of burgers. The Pork was also excellent. The cilantro and cheese turned the creamed corn side from bland to excellent. We love cilantro. The salmon was very good as well. We tried the Proveleta as one of the appetizers. This was very good. It’s a lot of cheese and very shareable. This is a solid 4 star in my rating scale which is very recommendable. I wish I could give it 4.5. See my note below on that.
Such a cozy spot for dinner. The food was good. We will come back for the atmosphere. We had the Elk skewers. They were a little tough. I haven’t had a lot of Elk but I read that it is not traditionally tough. We also had the fried Brussels. They were not fried like in a fryer. Seemed more pan fried. They were good but nothing exceptional. We didn’t think they were very spicy. But it was a nice and different take on Brussels. For mains the Lamb was good. Cooked medium rare which is great. I had the Duck which was cooked similarly and again was tasty. The sides on both plates were fine. The spaghetti squash was a nice touch with the Duck. Service was excellent. Met someone local that swears by this place. It’s small. Make a res. Very cozy interior for winter time. Nice wine selection.
If you found this helpful follow me. I don’t give many 5* because I reserve that for the very best in food, service and experience. I try to be quick to the most important stuff, the food. Then add notes about the rest. Enjoy!

So one tricky thing... They add a top 3 automatically for parties of 6 or more. But when the bill is presented, it does not include this automatic tip. We didn't realize the policy, we added a tip. It was only later that we realized they had added the automatic tip on top of the top we had added... And thus we ended up with a $200 total on a $140 food tab. They should have mentioned it to us; it feels like trickery. On the other hand, the brunch was excellent.

We went for a lunch on a gorgeous fall day in September. We were thankful for a reservation, as the place was packed and turning people away without a booking. We had a minor delay waiting for our table to be ready, but it was not extensive and staff communicated well. Our table was outside with a lovely view of the surrounding mountains. The menu was fine--nothing overly gourmet, but appealing options for lunch including sandwiches and salads. All of the food tasted good. Service was prompt, despite the busy atmosphere. It was efficient--not overly friendly, but not rude either. I would not go rushing back if again in Park CIty, but I would certainly be happy to return if again in the immediate area and looking for a casual lunch with a nice view.
Silver Star Cafe was overall okay. I’d suggest making reservations because it is a small venue. They had life entertainment featuring a couple of guitarists/vocalists who treated the crowd to a tasteful variety of genres, appealing to multiple generations. It was very enjoyable.
I had a curry cauliflower soup, and to me, it lacked flavor. My husband and I shared an elk burger with bacon and avocado. Which I highly recommend. For dessert we had the salted caramel brownie with ice cream which my husband enjoyed.
Delicious food. Warm friendly environment. Loved the green salad.

This review is for the restaurant which is situated near the golf course. Not sure why the Google review system focuses on hotel stays.
The location is very nice, you get a view of the golf course if you request it, and is quite amazing to overlook while having a meal.
The parking situation is not great. There aren’t many spots let alone free spots.
The washroom for the restaurant is outside and shared with the strip mall, which is not very convenient.
The food is decent, and the cocktails are decent as well. It’s a good spot to grab a bite and enjoy the view, but I think a lot of the hype comes from Guy Fieri visiting the location.
Overall, worth a visit if you’re already in the area and it’s not too busy.
Beautiful location - try the osso bucco.
Absolutely an example of "paying for the scenery". Visual vibes were simply immaculate, and the food quality and service were right up there with it.
My wife and I went in for breakfast on a slow and steady Saturday morning in the beginning of September. Since it's the low season, parking was a breeze and hardly anyone was in the café. That said, the servers were all smiles and very conversational. We were also checked on very regularly.
The eggs, were some of the best I've ever had, as well as the roasted potatoes, toast and bacon. Hot coffee was also nice, too.
Highly recommend swinging by if you're in Park City!

Good but not amazing and overpriced for the quality.

Finally stopped and we will be back for more. Ordered off the menu and they did not disappoint. Great views up on top … parking is a little tight depending on time of day..
Nice meal on the patio overlooking the golf course below and the ski lift on the opposite side. Service and ambience bumped it up to 4 stars, from 3. Burgers and chicken sandwiches were more the smash variety. Would have preferred pickles for the cucumbers, but Roy's is a solid burger and the fries -- especially with the sweet ketchup -- are a nice accompaniment.
Had the most enjoyable dinner with family last night.
Weather was perfect for an outdoor dining experience and the food was delicious.
What topped off the entire experience was the outstanding hospitality from our server, Carla. She made the entire evening.
We will be back soon.

Great location but fairly expensive with a stable menu.

Deducted two stars because the pork dish served barely above room temperature, had to return it to the kitchen. Everyone loved the taste of their food but there’s no forgiving serving a cold dish.
