This Starbucks is almost always late on my mobile orders and there is always a line of people waiting. I stopped going before work because I can’t predict how long I’ll be waiting. The employees are nice enough but they all seem so frantic. I don’t know if they have a micro manager boss or what but it feels unnatural. Sadly, this location is super convenient for me so I do end up going once a week or so. It’s taken me a while to write a review because I’m not trying to bring the place down but this is a resort town location. Come on. I much prefer the Kimball Starbucks in Park City, they are always on it.
This Starbucls is open at 5am and the app works. No need to adjust to the local timezone, when store is open before sun rise. They might be out of some usual things, but it's mountain live. Not necessary to get all the luxury items when u can enjoy the morning in the mountains.

I don’t usually write reviews, but after my experience with Kayla, I had to share. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a genuine smile and the kind of positive energy that completely brightened my day. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and it shows in her interaction. Not to mention, this is the best Caramel frappe ever! ✨

Not great customer service. The older woman I ordered from was very short with me. There was no line, and I was ordering two coffees. I needed to clarify something with my girlfriend and the lady was clearly not in a good mood. She totaled my order even though I was going to order some food. I decided to just leave my order where it was. Suggestion: if you’re not feeling in a customer service mood, you shouldn’t come to work that day.

This probably has to be one of the more quirkier Starbucks I've ever been to in my life. Naturally it was a Starbucks in every corner on every street virtually in America. But this one hands down has some sensational amazing energy and then they honestly know how to take care of their clientele. Here it is phenomenal. I want to thank Maribel and her team for making my experience extra special

Service was great but it smelled so bad in there (like burnt eggs) I couldn’t even sit inside, which was my purpose in picking this shop over a local spot
Beautiful Starbucks but the drink is not good compared to other Starbucks

They always write nice messages on the cups here but this one wasn’t so nice. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location. Very upsetting.

Coffee was as usual but it took thirty mins from the time I ordered to the time I got my drinks. It was thirty mins for all other customers as well. Place is overwhelmed and the team can’t keep up. Team members we also arguing and insulting each other and one was swearing at another worker. Really bad environment.

Horribly slow service.
Waiting for 10 minutes just to get some hand over our stuff from the cabinet. Asked for a refund and left .
There are good independent coffee shops in the area.
Stay away.
