I asked for a dripped coffee and the staff member said there’s no coffee at the time. It’s a coffee shop there should be coffee at all times. Told me I need to get something else. I proceed to get my order. I told the staff I’ll just have a French vanilla latte then. I waited and when I got my “French Vanilla Latte” the staff was just angry. I took a zip and it didn’t even taste like a French vanilla latte. It had no flavor it was just hot water. There goes my money.

The staff is terrible when he did not announce my name to pick up my coffee but he announced the other people name. So rude and unprofessional.

This was the dirtiest, most unfriendly Starbucks I have ever entered.

Terrible service in this branch, I don't know if it's racism or discrimination, but one thing I'm sure of is that they are not professionals in the service, I arrived in line to order, on one side without being in line two girls were still looking at the menu, I lined up as it is done because the girl who was at the checkout made me turn around even though she saw that they were not in line, this is not the first unpleasant experience at this branch.

Poor customer service! Still ask for a tip! Will not come back to this location!

The new renovation absolutely sucks. It is now an even more uninviting place to sit and spend time.

Baristas at this starbucks have been very very kind to me for years now. As a regular i’ve been treated like a friend. This place is incredible. I’ve heard they are unionizing and i’m in full favor for it.

I haven’t been to Starbucks in a long time but I heard that they’re going to be unionizing and that makes me want to stop by and support the workers. Mochas taste better when workers are treated fairly, it’s like when something is baked with love.

5 STARS only because Tobi gave me her weekly markout. I bought a batch of Siren's blend ground for French Press for my Sundance guests but that pound tasted particularly sour so I came back to exchange/get another one and the other cracked-out employee was trippin and said "no returns" on coffee... hey crack-chic that Siren's blend was wack, what do you mean no? I got a bad pound. The least you can do is exchange it. Geezus. Props to Tobi?(Calling Starbucks corporate on this one. The cracked-out girl (tall, sores all over her face) was trippin & jittery, obviously high on something and was blatantly rude and defiant. Worst customer service here at this location and the other many other reviews only corroborate this. Howard Schultz come on down to this location and set it straight....)

We had a really awesome experience with Keira and Toby! They were really knowledgeable and helped us pick a coffee for our pour over and a tumbler to go with it!!
