I’ve been a Starbucks customer for a long time, but today I honestly feel that this location in Park City, even though it’s a tourist area, gave me the worst experience I’ve ever had at this restaurant. The store was completely empty, yet my order took more than 25 minutes. There was only one barista assisting other people, even though I had already paid online for in-store pickup. I ended up waiting way too long. Terrible service.

They were training new barista’s, so in an effort to be kind I ordered a drink with no modifications. I completely forgot that said drink comes with whole milk in it. Entirely my mistake, but the kind staff was willing to make me another without milk. Really appreciate the patience and kindness shown in this location today! Both for its employees and customers.

Completely mess up my order, 2 drinks, 2 orders of egg bites and a potato bake. They gave me a sandwich, 1 order of the potatoes bakes and one egg bite. They also messed up my drink. Worst experience at Starbucks I've had.

Tried to make a purchase from this Starbucks. It was about 11 a.m., so it wasn't during the morning rush hour. One girl was working the kiosk. She was busy, it was obvious. I stood at the order area for 10 minutes. She never acknowledged me or said she would be with me in a few minutes. Another couple got in line behind me, and still no acknowledgment. After waiting a few more minutes, we all left and went to the other Starbucks around the corner. I get it that she was very busy. HOWEVER, it doesn't take anything away from her making drinks to look at us, acknowledging that we were standing there, and letting us know that she would help us as soon as she could. It's common customer courtesy and service. I will just find a Starbucks that wants to make their customers feel like they are at least a little important. Sorry, Smith's Starbucks, but you lost several orders today because your employee doesn't know customer service.

Been coming to this Starbucks (inside the Smith's grocery store) for years. Here, the syrup of any drink I've ordered has always been reliably at the very bottom of the cup, and I have received a simple hot chocolate when I asked for a Mocha (prior to which I thought the employee was joking when they said a Mocha is a hot chocolate T_T). The employees are nice enough, but I've learned to only go here if we're very desperate.

Whoever the owner/manager is of this location should be ashamed of themselves. First of all, you have “drive-through” listed on the Google location. No drive-through. I came in at 11am on a Sunday and only 1 person is working? Really?

The service is HORRIBLE. Hire people who can handle the job. We mobile ordered and he realized after 15 minutes that the order was even there. This guy was so rude to the people who were waiting for the orders he was messing up. We made the order 10 minutes before we came in, waited 10 minutes for him to even realize the order was there, he told us “no food today” and that it was going to take a while to be ready. We just left because we didn’t have time to wait 30 minutes for 2 pink drinks made by a rude old man.
