The service is HORRIBLE. Hire people who can handle the job. We mobile ordered and he realized after 15 minutes that the order was even there. This guy was so rude to the people who were waiting for the orders he was messing up. We made the order 10 minutes before we came in, waited 10 minutes for him to even realize the order was there, he told us “no food today” and that it was going to take a while to be ready. We just left because we didn’t have time to wait 30 minutes for 2 pink drinks made by a rude old man.

Very disappointed and totally disgusted as we saw the woman pouring our refreshers use her hand to hold ice back from spilling into the drink. The fact that we saw her do it while she knew we were watching makes me absolutely horrified to think how often she’s done it without witnesses… Not sure how that could be considered sanitary or up to Starbucks standards but our drinks and experience was anything but refreshing.

I had the most horrible Starbucks expirence I have ever had at this Starbucks. We ordered 2 drinks and they were super super sweet so we asked politely for the barista to remake it and she refused, stating “we made it how you ordered it”. She was extremely rude. I have never had a Starbucks refuse to make my drink over. I rarely ever ask but this drink was bad. We then asked for a refund then and she acted like we were the jerks. To add insult to injury she continued to antagonize us as we left the store screaming her name “Ter” so that we could complain about her The worst customer service I have ever had. I have never had an employee scream at me and antagonize me when I was dissatisfied with the product. If you go to this Starbucks and some old fat lady with a name tag “Ter”, is working go across the street to the other Starbucks where they are actually friendly and make a good drink.

Went in to order a pink drink and the girl at the counter was slow to even acknowledge us and then when it was time for her to take our order she rudely said they were out of pink drinks and walked away to go talk with her friend.
