The latte and everything is always great but they need to have one more person there. It’s the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been. Always takes forever to get a simple drink

My friend and I stopped there on a road trip, we both are Starbucks employees at a different location so we know how our drinks are supposed to me made. My friend asked for an iced flat white with toffee nut syrup and oat milk. When she got her drink it was hot which isn’t a big deal, mistakes happen. She kindly told them it was supposed to be iced and that it didn’t have the the specifications she asked for, they were kinda rude and took the drink away and just poured the hot drink over ice. She very nicely asked them again if they could re make it and the guy there just rolled his eyes and seemed annoyed and was rude about it. Him and his other co worker were laughing about and acting like we were dumb.

This guy who take my order did the worst frappucinos ever, he didn't make them right, the were all watery and had no flavor some just had way to much ice. It just seemed like he didn't like his job. I had to ask him to redo my java chip frappucino because he didn't put any chocolate chips.

I come here everyday and the associates are very rude. Drinks are inconsistent. Rather drive to a further Starbucks to avoid this location.

Only go to this Starbucks if you mobile order 20 minutes in advance. Never seen so many mobile orders in my life and by the time they get to you it’s been close to 20 minutes. Not their fault. Good baristas, just probably the area
