I see many reviews meant for the starbucks near UPS and FedX, this starbucks is the starbucks inside of Fresh Market. The starbucks crew is very friendly. Not to mention, are very quick. The manager is very kind

I'm writing this for my mom, who spent an hour trying to get her coffee. She ordered online, but when she came in, the barrister misheard her name, asked no additional questions, and then sent her to a different location to pick up her order. Of course, that location was wrong, so they sent her back to the original Starbucks. There, the barrister pretty much verbally assaulted my mom before a manager came, apologized, and refunded her drink. Rarely give bad reviews, but that was kind of ridiculous.

They got my drink wrong and they were being sassy about weather or not I wanted to have them make what I ordered. Then they gave me a small when I ordered a large. Pretty disappointing

The nicest and most patient baristas!! We were traveling with family that weren’t super familiar with the Starbucks menu. Not only were the baristas patient, they were great at recommending drink choices for our family members. Everyone loved what they got! They did have a now hiring sign posted and appeared to be in the process of training but that didn’t change our great experience at all. Great job Starbucks!
