Go anywhere else in Kimball, this Tbell is severely understaffed and has been that way for a long time. The food has never not been sub par and you WILL WAIT AWHILE for your order everytime, especially when the staff level is lacking.

The food was not very good unfortunately. It usually is. Some of the items were made incorrectly. My cheesy gordita crunch didnt have any nacho cheese and one of my burritos was not cooked long enough to melt the cheese. the service was good. The smell... was very bad. Everytime we come to this taco bell one thing that is always off is the smell inside. It really stinks and messes up the whole vibe. Smells like sewer problems maybe?

Paej City Taco Bell is the best one ive ever been to! I love me some Taco Bell so I go to Taco Bell A LOT! This location, in particular, is very clean and relaxed and peaceful. When I visited, I ate inside because I meet my husband when he was on his lunchbox from work, so that we could have lunch together. There was only 1 other person dining that day. And I absilutely love the order process- no cashiers! Fantastic way to make the order process fast and easy! Very convienent! GREAT IDEA TACO BELL! 😁

It's the new Taco Bell they charge you 60 cents for extra red sauce on a bean n cheese burrito.
Just ask for 12 red sauce packets.
Really taco bell 60 cents on top of an over priced burrito not 10 cents.

Been coming to this location for many years and it has always been wonderful. The food is really good but can be slow. I'm not sure why but it can take a while even when I'm the only one in the drive through. The employees are always really nice. Only once did I ever have one who wasn't polite. One thing that I'd love is a little hello or something. The restrooms could be cleaner and landscaping improved as they have multiple dead trees. I'd definitely keep coming here but it'd be nice if these little things could be improved.

There's no menu. No one to help you. One of the order for yourself screens that isn't very clear to me.

If these places are too lazy to hire someone to take your order, I'll take my business somewhere else.

Okay, so I’ve eaten at a ton of Taco Bell’s across Utah, and other sates. Many are unpredictable and usually what you get is flat food, not cooked like in the photos, empty, weightless, dry tortillas, etc etc which I usually put up with because I want a Baja blast. THIS location is always clean, calm, fast service, and the food is filled well like it should be for the price. No messy tables. No mess-ups on making the order. Makes my life simple and I’m always pleased to not have anything to complain about here. My only complaint ever here would be in the drive thru at night once we were the only ones in line at all, after dark. I hadn’t finished my online order yet while the driver placed a drive thru order. At the window they made us drive around again to get my online order, despite no guests being there in line or inside at all. Only once this happened.
One time (years ago) I stopped JUST for a Baja blast at night and the dude at the counter was like “really just that?” and cancelled the order and just gave me a cup. This place knows how to treat customers and provide good quality.

My recent visit to this Taco Bell was extremely disappointing. From the moment I started ordering, the employee rushed me, even though I was ordering for multiple people. She acted as if she didn't understand simple menu items. When I got to the window, she still got the order wrong! After I clarified and paid in cash, she slammed the window, then slammed it again after giving me my change. When she handed me my food, she only gave me one of the two drinks I ordered, insisting I only ordered one. The whole experience was rude and terrible, so I asked for my money back and returned the food. Then, she asked for the card I used... even though I paid with cash! After acting weird, she finally handed over the correct change. I know it's fast food, but have some dignity in the job you're doing.

I can’t stand being short changed in food that I pay for! The woman at the window was pleasant, that’s the only reason I gave more than one star. Where’s the extra beef I paid for or the tomatoes that’s supposed to be on the supreme??
