Delicious food! We ordered the shrimp, trout, pork ragu, Burger, and the elk. Definitely recommend when you're in Park City
Really romantic to sit on the patio under the evergreen.
This was one of the worst meals we’ve had in a very long time. The elk was so tough I gave up halfway through the dinner. Flavor was weak, which with elk it should be smooth and buttery. The trout was just ok. The chickpea appetizer was underwhelming and very forgettable and difficult to get on to the fork. The smoked trout appetizer had decent flavor, but the chips were so heavily salted / spiced, that they completely overwhelmed the dip. The food bill was $134, we didn’t order drinks or dessert. That’s a hefty price to pay for something so far below average. We come from a food town and travel a good bit for business, so I feel we have plenty of experiences to compare it to. This place has great reviews and that’s why we went and couldn’t have been more disappointed.
I think it's overrated, the dishes are well presented, eye-catching, and the menu is interesting, but there are way too many things going on the plate. Some editing will make things much better. Take the Spanish Octopus, it was over charred and a little overcooked, and look how busy that plate is, it has like 8 different things going on, and Spanish-style octopus is simple, just some potatoes, paprika and olive oil, that's it. I'm not saying that they should do it that way, experimenting it's great, but again, just focus on how to properly prepare the octopus and remove like 3-4 ingredients and it could be great. Same goes for the other dishes, we had the duck and elk, which had undercooked broccolini. Service was good but left disappointed.
Came for Mother's Day and Julia our server took great care of us. Food and drinks were excellent. Spice level was just right. Patio was beautiful.
The burger was excellent and service was good. All of their tequila options have additives; which was disappointing for a healthy restaurant. Granted no alcohol is healthy, I'd recommend cleaner tequila.
Went with our toddler. They had a $12 kids trout dish! Amazing! So many yummy and interesting veggie dishes. Open in slow season. So glad we found this place!
Great experience! DELICIOUS food and cocktails. Only complaint was a bit of slow service. Seemed there was only 1 server on our side of the restaurant but she was pleasant when she came by. Not sure if it's always that way. We are in town during the slow/ mud season
Everything was outstanding. Food that tastes even better than its beautiful presentation. Service was warm and inviting. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
As always amazing! I broke my foot and not only were we seated where i could elevate my foot, a server brought an extra chair just for me to do so. Aaron was lovely, and Sydney (our favorite and most frequent server) came by to ask what happened to me! Love you guys, and really enjoyed some of the new menu items.

Extraordinary food. Creative. Fresh spices and presentation. Seasonal new selections with a solid base of regular favorites. Try something you've never had before...delicious! Equally awesome staff. Always friendly. More than one member of the team commented how much they are respected and treated well by the owners. This shows in the bright spirit and energy of the staff we met. And they make everyone feel like a local. We go out of our way to plan our travel to include the food and team at the Twisted Fern. :-)
Think we hit an off night, as the restaurant was busy and things took a long time. Unfortunately my Trout was overcooked and a bit tough. I will give it another try as my last meal there was memorable.
Don't be fooled by the strip mall location, you WANT to eat here. From the start we were blown away: kind & knowledgeable staff, clean & contemporary and then we got the food..... best octopus we've had maybe ever, trout dip, figs, chicken and dumplings 😍 We'll be talking about this meal for a long time. Give it a try, you'll be thrilled you did.
Visited during Sundance, so we needed a reservation. Vegan options are clearly labeled as PB. Good service, good food. The eggplant in the General Tso’s dish was a little tough. Maybe was an off night?
Good food, decent prices.
LeAnn Rimes was there tonight. Good enough for her, good enough for me.
