We ordered through the app for the drive thru. When we arrived, little by little our order was handed out without a word. After I checked the bags, I started to say thanks and the window slammed shut. The food is mediocre. What happened to this chain?

I can live with or without stopping at fast food facilities. IMO they are overpriced for mediocre food and usually horrible service. THIS one was still overpriced, mediocre but the only person behind the counter was very friendly, polite and the staff was quick to serve. I didn't wait long but the drink options were limited to only what was in the machine...no ice/sweet tea was provided - nor did I ask because I wanted IN/OUT asap.

Hard to understand through the drive thru, rush my order, I wasnt done ordering, she got my order wrong, when I corrected her all three working right there were put out and not very polite. Then they still got my order wring after that. Before I left I said, “Thank You”, nothing from them. Seriously poor customer service. And you still got my order wrong, it was 3 things!

Best Wendy’s ever. I was so hungry Edit: after making the original review we decided we were still hungry and online ordered. No judgment and no questions asked. Still so good. After that we left but didn’t even leave the parking lot before we discovered we had forgotten to order some things online, so we went through the drive through. The employee has now seen us 3 times and I’m sure we look crazy but nothing was said. So much food but so happy. Would recommend to anyone, would not recommend family of 8 shopping at a mall

Worst fast food establishment in all of park city. Went over at 9:15 (they close at midnight) and they were completely out of baked potatoes. The employee was incredibly rude and told us that he wasn’t making any more. I’m a celiac and the baked potato is my only option. Incredibly rude, incredibly disappointing. Do better.
