“An absolutely fantastic tasting menu experience! Hands down the best food we’ve had in Park City. The evening started off perfectly with a warm welcome and whiskey drinks by the fire pits, which set the mood for a memorable night. The team was incredible, including the manager who walked us through the meal, shared the history of the cottage, and introduced the Whiskey pairing experience. They also made thoughtful and patient modifications for my dietary restrictions, never making me feel awkward about it. We liked the whiskey cocktail so much that they even wrote down the recipe for us! We also enjoyed socializing with other guests before dinner, which made the night even more special. Overall, it was a flawless, unforgettable experience—highly recommended! We will definitely be booking again next time we’re in Park City.

“When you arrive at the distillery you are greeted at the bottom gate. They have a very nice waiting area for the shuttle that will take you up to the distillery. The tour with Dan, was amazing! So knowledgeable about their process. A great story. I learned so much about the history of Utah.

At the end of the tour your are in the tasting room with several different whiskeys. I loved the entire day spending it on the amazing property.
