This is any sushi loving celiac sufferers dream!! The GF choices are abundant and oh SO good! We were one of the earliest tables and our table was at the back so more quiet than the front. Excellent service - water glass was never more than half empty. The food was sublime!!

We enjoyed our dining experience at Yuki Yama finding the quality of the sushi was excellent. We tried a variety of items and found them all to be wonderful. I do feel limiting the amt of time you can spend at your table to be off putting and that was the feeling of everyone at the table. We felt rushed.

The sushi was fresh and tasty. Our server was pleasant but seemed a bit preoccupied—had to flag her down a couple of times. I often enjoy sushi when I travel, but this was a bit pricy.

The food here is always good, but the service is great, our waiter was super nice, friendly and helpful. The other staff members were also super efficient, were always taking care of every detail. In this sense the restaurant offers the standard a tourist place should provide.

Likely the best sushi/sushi restaurant in Utah. All the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly and went out of their way to get me exactly what I wanted when it came to both food and drinks. Sit at the bar and chat with the friendly chefs. The fish was was so fresh and the chefs knew exactly where it came from and when. Well done to all, including the guy in the back frying the tempura to perfection.

Had a blast for our anniversary here. The hot sakes were great, Link our server was awesome! He made suggestions based on our likes I had the prickly pear mezcalito WOW, great drink, we made a tweak to a rainbow roll and added mango Yea! sooo good, wagyu beef tataki, spider roll, uni nigiri, fatty bluefin nigiri, and the crispy rice tuna tartar were all great. Flavor on point! Thank you for a great meal and wonderful night!
