Pretty disappointed with the ramen. The broth was salty, and so was the pork. Flavor just wasn’t there. The portion was big, but overall I didn’t really enjoy it. Probably wouldn’t come back.

Appetizers were not bad but what was disappointing was the ramen. Pork was ok, egg didn’t even hold a shape (whites were gooey and falling apart), broth alone was mediocre at best. Overall a forgettable place.

The tamagoyaki and spicy ramen we ordered were very good, the broth was okay, and the tempura was fairly crispy. But the beef don was extremely bad—for a $35 beef bowl they used such poor-quality meat. Apart from a few pieces with some fat, most of it was almost impossible to chew. And there was no sauce at all to help with the rice; the rice was simply unnecessary. I only ate three bites of it. There was such a thick layer of rice at the bottom of the big bowl—I don’t know what the point of that was, just padding things out.

Also, the onsen egg was actually fully cooked, and the one in the ramen was cooked too. The egg white was still half-raw but the yolk was fully cooked. I don’t know if it’s always like this or if it was a cooking mistake.

The menu clearly said the beef don comes with onion, but I didn’t see a single strand when it arrived. When I told the server, he asked if I wanted it added as a side; I said OK, and then he actually brought a small bowl of scallions?????

All in all, if you come here, just eat the ramen, and be cautious about that rice bowl!

Food it's good but service is terrible, the server wasn't directly rude but it was like he didn't care and like he didn't liked what he was doing, using the restaurant tablet to hide his phone etc. When they charged us there was no tip option, I'm 100% sure they gave themselves the tip because our tab didn't add up. Maybe because he knew he didn't deserve a tip, he took care of it himself.

If you need something warm and delicious, this is the ramen shop to stop at. The ramen was so good! They definitely make their food with care. I highly recommend getting the honey matcha soft serve. It’s too good to pass up.

This is very authentic Japanese. I really enjoyed the shrimp tempura and the edamame.

I just tried Yuma Ramen, and wow, it was amazing! The ramen was super tasty, and the bowl was huge - definitely worth it. The pork was so soft and tender, and the shrimp were big and fresh. The broth Absolutely delicious, (I tried Tonkotsu Ramen) full of flavor but not too heavy. I really loved everything about it, and I’ll 100% be going back when I get the chance. If you love ramen, you’ve gotta check this place out!

As a Japanese American who has lived in the U.S. for the past 30 years and traveled to over 30 countries, I’ve had my fair share of ramen throughout my life. Unfortunately, I must say this was the most overpriced and least authentic ramen I’ve ever had. First of all, Japanese ramen traditionally does not use egg noodles. However, the owner and staff here are Vietnamese, and it seems they’ve incorporated their preference for egg noodles into the dish. While this may appeal to some, it’s not true to Japanese ramen traditions. Secondly, the price is outrageous. At $25, this is comparable to the cost of a one-star Michelin ramen restaurant in Tokyo. Yet the taste and quality don’t even come close to a humble ramen stand on the streets of Tokyo, where a bowl costs just 700 yen (around $4.50 USD). Overall, this was a disappointing experience that doesn’t justify the price.

The experience here was disappointing, especially considering its high rating on Google. The service was subpar; our server didn’t check on us at all. The tonkotsu ramen was greasy and had an unpleasant, old-oil taste. The shoyu ramen was decent, slightly sweet but enjoyable. The gyoza was probably the highlight, with good flavor and a nice kick from the chilis. However, the sriracha on the table was a brownish color, not the vibrant red it should be. Overall, not what I expected based on the reviews.

The dumplings were sooo yummy!!! And the soup was enough to share, my husband and I shared a bowl and we both went away full! I would definitely come here again. And you have to get their peach soda, it was so taste.

The food I ordered was just OK, nothing great about it. Beer was good and cold though. Service didn't come with a smile and it seemed they would have rather closed early than seat a customer 30 minutes before closing. I was the only person there. Pretty expensive Ramen too because it's in Park City. Next time I want Ramen I will go somewhere else probably.
