The food was outstanding: tender, flavorful, wood-fired meats that ranked among the best BBQ we've ever had, even in bigger cities. For a quiet town like Parowan, this place delivers competition-level quality. We especially loved their homemade BBQ sauces—they were delicious, with perfect balance and depth that elevated every bite. Everything felt fresh, authentic, and made with real care (no pre-made shortcuts here!). We'll definitely make a point to stop by again next time we're in the area. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

Best brisket I’ve had so far. I’m from Argentina, so I have high expectations for meat. Everything was incredible. They are only open 2 days a week, but a trip here is 100% worth fitting into your schedule. Really friendly staff and great prices too. Highly recommend if you’re in Southern Utah

Coming from Texas and Louisiana its hard to find what I consider good or even passable BBQ but this place beats out just about everything I've ever had. The brisket is tender and juicy, the pork and ribs are the most tender, melt in your mouth, perfectly seasoned meat you'll ever eat. By far there isn't anything better in Utah or West of Texas for that matter.
