I have no regerts after trying High Voltage BBQ. I was highly dubious about a 5 star rated bbq in a small town but I am a true believer now. This is the best brisket I have ever had. House sauce was d-lic-ious boy. Non-traditional coleslaw was super fresh and had some kinda kick. Will be stopping by every Friday/Saturday that I am in the area. Also, met one of the owners and you can feel their passionate about what they do, which is make dang good Q!

The BBQ is really good. I tried every type of meat they had and both mac and cheese recipes. I preferred the cut brisket and the ribs. The rub they use is great. i wasn't crazy about the BBQ sauce options. The smoked mac n cheese was great! atmosphere was nice and friendly. our order was rung up incorrectly unfortunately we were charged for full pound of brisket and chicken but we're only given 1/2 pound. Luckily we ate there so we were able to catch the mistake and they corrected it for us. the fountain drinks were mostly out of order both times we went. the price is on the high side. $160 for 4 people to eat. I will definitely be back it is worth the price and the BBQ is the best offered in southern Utah.

We were also offered to check out the massive smokers in the back, which was simply great! Now to the food: Never have we had such a tender and delicious brisket!!! 12/10 - we would always come back!

Best BBQ I've ever come across. Some background first. Normally BBQ isn't something I'm normally a fan of. The meat usually isn't well flavored or cooked well and I'm not a big fan of the generic BBQ sauce that's usually used to cover that up so It's never been my first choice. So when a friend dragged me here I was thrilled to see the level of quality of thier BBQ lived up to his hype. The rib's meat just fell off the bone cleanly. The moisture level was fully retained, keeping the meat beautifully succulent. And it was seasoned well enough to eat as is, no sauce required. But after trying thier custom sauce your going to want it standing ready and waiting for when you dig in. Personally I recommend the $44-ish ribs or thier brisket. It's what we had, I was warry of the price at first but boy do they load those boxes up. And with the world class quality and leftovers that kept wonderfully in the fridge for multiple meals it was WELL worth the price. I've lived in Cedar City, UT for pretty much my entire life and when it comes to food in southern Utah we have some variety but very few high quality choices. So whether your a tourist or a local keep this pick among the top of your list. I can't hype this Mom and Pop shop up enough! One visit here and they earned a dedicated repeat customer out of me.

This is the best BBQ in the state. There is always a line before they open. You have to go early to get wings before they sell out. The brisket and ribs are so good. Try the tatchos. They are yummy!
