Absolutely amazing food!! The staff were so friendly! Our food came very quickly! We got the brisket sandwich and the mac and cheese! Both were DELICIOUS! (The Mac and cheese isn’t super cheesey but it has bread crumbs and we’d totally get it again!) The man who smoked the meat even brought around samples of the smoked sausage and smoked Tri tip! We definitely will be back to get the Tri tip! Truly amazing food and service!!

If you are from central Texas or have a craving for central Texas style BBQ, this is the place. Perfect salt and pepper bark on the brisket, and the flop holding it on one finger. Chopped brisket in the tacos was just as much flavor plus all the authentic toppings. Totchos were crispy and moist in the inside plus all topping made it feel like just at home in CT! Staff was welcoming and exceptionally versed about any questions you have. We will be back when passing by!

Just left and I wish I had taken photos! Absolutely delicious food!! The brisket was extremely tender and juicy and the sides were amazing. The staff and the owner were some of the friendliest people we have met on this trip. Such a happy accident finding this gem!!

I know good BBQ. We have some really great places in East Texas but I’m humbling myself to say that this one wins, hands down!! Service is great, brisket and beans are amazing, and the tacos are unbelievable!! They’re only open on Saturday and when they run out, they’re out so go early!!

Here I am, in the small town of Parowan, looking for some good food to eat, and here it is! This place doesn't have a lot of reviews, but it really should! Located just as you come into town, this is a great and solid barbecue spot. They've got amazing tacos, really good sandwiches, and excellent wings. They also sell brisket, chicken, and pork by the pound with a number of good sides. There's usually plenty of parking, and a decent amount of indoor seating with some tables outside. We had the brisket, chicken tacos, wings, side of beans and mac and cheese, and a sausage. Everything was awesome. For the wings, I would recommend the garlic parm sauce. All in all this place is pretty dang good, and definitely worth a try if you're in the Parowan or Brian Head area ⚡⚡⚡!

It’s a rare occasion that a BBQ place can nail everything they offer. This place exceeded all expectations. Brisket, sausage, pulled pork, sides and desert were all amazing! Loved the addition of HGH sauces!
