“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ High Voltage BBQ is hands-down the best BBQ we’ve ever had—and that’s saying a lot after eating BBQ all over the U.S. in major BBQ cities. We started with the Totchos, and they were flawless: perfectly crispy tots fried in tallow, with toppings evenly distributed and an incredible balance of flavor in every bite. The brisket was next-level—exceptionally juicy, tender, and beautifully balanced in flavor. Truly some of the best brisket we’ve ever eaten. The sausage had the perfect spice and an incredibly enjoyable flavor profile, and the pork was just as impressive as everything else. Every meat had the ideal balance of smoke, seasoning, and texture. On top of the amazing food, the owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming—you immediately feel at home. It’s honestly shocking (in the best way) that this small-town, family-vibe spot is putting out award winning BBQ. If you’re anywhere near Parowan, this place is an absolute must. We’ll be talking about this meal for a long time—and we can’t wait to come back.”

“Hidden gem! This place is absolutely fantastic! Definitely one of the better barbecue joints in Utah. If you’re passing through, do yourself a favor and stop here. Or make the drive. I had the brisket sandwich. There was more than enough brisket on the sandwich. The brisket was not real moist But the tenderness made up for that. Great bark and awesome flavor. Not a lot of fat But enough to keep me happy. The cucumber salad was fresh crispy, and amazing. The Queso Mac was great! The fries were awesome. The spicy ranch was heaven, and the cornbread was real good. I personally was not a big fan of their main barbecue sauce, but I mixed it with the other sauces they had and I got the right taste. The server was polite knowledgeable and quick.”

“Went there on Saturday April 26 with my parents and kids after a long day due to a funeral and burial. Had the worst waitress (colored girl) not sure of her name. She didn't introduce herself to us. We ordered our food. We all got it, except for my Dad. When he asked where the food was, all she did was look at us stupid. Then by the time most of us were done, his food came. He asked for utensils, again, she gave us a stupid look. Being the kind and generous person my husband is, he left a nice tip. I was ready to grab it off the table and leave without giving her a tip. He told me to leave it, so I did. We will NEVER eat there again. Customer service needs to improve by 1000% Personality is the key in the hospitality industry. This girl didn't have it. You need to hire people that will greet their customers upon arrival and be happy to be there. Otherwise, you're going to lose business. And, for that, you lost ours.”

“This is a very nice place to go and have an enjoyable meal. The atmosphere is fun and it is not loud and rowdy. The pizza is exceptional and extra kudos for the fabulous dessert pizza. I will review again when I try out some of the other food items. The staff were all very cordial and they seem to be so happy in their work environment smiling and having fun, but all the while giving the best service possible. I highly recommend this location”

“Super good coffee! We tried 'the mothertown mocha' and 'the golden ram' coffees. We came back the next day for two more 'golden rams'. Yumm. We'll have to try the breakfast burritos next time we stop in.”

“First and foremost, we enjoy small family restaurants. We both really enjoyed our meals. Shrimp tacos well seasoned, shrimp not overcooked, rice and beans were good. Combo plate beef was tender and tasty, with great serving size.
Great, very attentive service! If we ever pass through this area again, we will most definitely stop for another meal.”

“I'm actually shocked at the other reviews. The host and server were phenomenal- we felt like they wanted us here. Food was good and drinks were GREAT! Hard to find spirits out in Brian Head, and they have a full bar. We say at the fire table and will absolutely come back!!”
