“Went there on Saturday April 26 with my parents and kids after a long day due to a funeral and burial. Had the worst waitress (colored girl) not sure of her name. She didn't introduce herself to us. We ordered our food. We all got it, except for my Dad. When he asked where the food was, all she did was look at us stupid. Then by the time most of us were done, his food came. He asked for utensils, again, she gave us a stupid look. Being the kind and generous person my husband is, he left a nice tip. I was ready to grab it off the table and leave without giving her a tip. He told me to leave it, so I did. We will NEVER eat there again. Customer service needs to improve by 1000% Personality is the key in the hospitality industry. This girl didn't have it. You need to hire people that will greet their customers upon arrival and be happy to be there. Otherwise, you're going to lose business. And, for that, you lost ours.”

“This is a very nice place to go and have an enjoyable meal. The atmosphere is fun and it is not loud and rowdy. The pizza is exceptional and extra kudos for the fabulous dessert pizza. I will review again when I try out some of the other food items. The staff were all very cordial and they seem to be so happy in their work environment smiling and having fun, but all the while giving the best service possible. I highly recommend this location”
“I've been wishing for a proper coffee shop here in Parowan. Now my wish has been granted! The espresso is delicious it's not bitter but has a rich, almost chocolatey flavor.”

“Kids working are so sweet! They were very accommodating and nice to my 2 little kids. The fries were fresh and crispy. Fry sauce 🤤 LOVE stopping in when passing by Parowan. This wasn't my first time at Dairy Freeze and it definitely won't be my last!”
“Stopped in on our way to Vegas, had help from a couple of sandwich artists, but Bisyn's name stood out. He was quiet but personable. Really appreciated how quick the service was! Bread was fresh, veggies were fresh, everything was clean! Would definitely stop in again.”

“I'm actually shocked at the other reviews. The host and server were phenomenal- we felt like they wanted us here. Food was good and drinks were GREAT! Hard to find spirits out in Brian Head, and they have a full bar. We say at the fire table and will absolutely come back!!”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ High Voltage BBQ is hands-down the best BBQ we’ve ever had—and that’s saying a lot after eating BBQ all over the U.S. in major BBQ cities. We started with the Totchos, and they were flawless: perfectly crispy tots fried in tallow, with toppings evenly distributed and an incredible balance of flavor in every bite. The brisket was next-level—exceptionally juicy, tender, and beautifully balanced in flavor. Truly some of the best brisket we’ve ever eaten. The sausage had the perfect spice and an incredibly enjoyable flavor profile, and the pork was just as impressive as everything else. Every meat had the ideal balance of smoke, seasoning, and texture. On top of the amazing food, the owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming—you immediately feel at home. It’s honestly shocking (in the best way) that this small-town, family-vibe spot is putting out award winning BBQ. If you’re anywhere near Parowan, this place is an absolute must. We’ll be talking about this meal for a long time—and we can’t wait to come back.”
