We've been eating High Voltage BBQ since before they opened their restaurant and were serving from a trailer. If you're not from here, you're gonna want to eat here. It's the best food in the area (along with Rolling Stoves). It's also among the best BBQ I've ever had anywhere. Including in Texas. Their BBQ sauce is so great.

I will go so far out of my way to get to these guys. I have been following them for many years in the food truck. Taken many classes from them at the bbq pit stop!! I love the dedication to the craft of barbecue and the willingness to go all the way to get a true smoke flavor!!! I could not recommend stopping by and trying Thai food any time you can. I drive several hours each way for it!!!
