We started with the Totchos, and they were flawless: perfectly crispy tots fried in tallow, with toppings evenly distributed and an incredible balance of flavor in every bite. The brisket was next-level—exceptionally juicy, tender, and beautifully balanced in flavor. Truly some of the best brisket we’ve ever eaten. The sausage had the perfect spice and an incredibly enjoyable flavor profile, and the pork was just as impressive as everything else. Every meat had the ideal balance of smoke, seasoning, and texture. On top of the amazing food, the owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming—you immediately feel at home. It’s honestly shocking (in the best way) that this small-town, family-vibe spot is putting out award winning BBQ. If you’re anywhere near Parowan, this place is an absolute must. We’ll be talking about this meal for a long time—and we can’t wait to come back.“

“We are from Denver and stopped along our route for lunch here. And I’m so glad we did!! This place blows any bbq place in Denver away! Brisket was outstanding! So tender, melted in our mouth, I wanted to order another half pound. Baked beans were to die for, queso fries soooo good! We literally licked our plates clean. If we ever come through this area again, this will be a mandatory stop!“
