“Wow! Really impressive service. We had a big order and the bag ripped when the food was handed through the window and fell to the ground. It was probably as much my fault as the very nice young lady who handed the food, but she claimed full responsibility, apologized sincerely, and immediately rushed to remake the whole order. We said not to worry about remaking the individually wrapped cheeseburgers bc they didn’t contact the ground, yet she did remake everything and was very sweet about the whole thing. Really nice example of service recovery and customer-first attitude that you don’t get very often these days. Can’t recommend highly enough. We’ll be back and will tell our friends.“
