What a hidden treasure we found! The Primitive Waffle Cavé is phenomenal! We truly enjoyed visiting with the owner and hearing her story. Changing the food scene to focus on wellness and creating a welcoming community one magnificent waffle at a time! We will go back whenever we are back in town!Dietary restrictions: I eat eggs but avoid dairy. I also avoid red meat and pork. It was very easy to ask for the garlic goat cheese to be left off of my dish and it was still wonderfully yummy!

Genuinely the best breakfast I've ever had. The waffles were 100/10, everything about it was amazing. They use organic, local ingredients. The service is fantastic. The cafe is very cute - there's a map showing where customers have come from and also a "broom parking" outside with different types of cool brooms. There's a lot of seating inside and parking on the streets and next to the cafe.
