Made the mistake of selecting no sauce on my pizza and called to see if I could get a cup of sauce to go with. They were awesome and said they would remake them for us since they weren’t too busy at the moment. Incredible customer service and super kind employees!!!
I love dominos pizza, so it pains me to write a nore negative review. The food was good, as usual. However, I placed the order in the app at 6:24pm and the app told me the pizza would be ready in 8-13 minutes, so I drove there. But then I was waiting and waiting and the tracker status wasn’t updating. I waited for 30 minutes! I’m not mad about the wait, I’m mad that the app didn’t just say something like “sorry for the longer wait, your pizza will be ready at ____(time).”

That being said, we usually enjoy our pizza we get from here. It’s my favorite pizza place in Payson.
