You know how food from your childhood doesn’t taste as good now? Well, Fat Jacks is still just as amazing from when I was a kid and first fell in love with them. I now live in Lehi but will still travel to them for pizza because they are the best in Utah County.
Really good pizza, definitely recommend. The building looks fairly dated, and the pricing is a bit high compared to Dominos and Costco pizza. They used to serve bone in Buffalo wings and they were so good with the pizza, but then they stopped serving bone in wings. Please bring back the bone in Buffalo wings!
This used to be my favorite place when I lived in Payson. I recently went back and was not very impressed. If I’m gonna pay three times as much as somewhere like Little Caesars or Domino’s, I expect a really good pizza. The pizza we ordered was missing cheese on a lot of the pizza and wasn’t very cheesy on the rest. Cheese bread was still good. Get back to the roots and make your pizza really good again.
