The women's bathroom has two stalls: one regular and one handicapped. The handicapped stall includes a table for infant and/or child diaper changes. The diaper changing table does not require the privacy of a stall. It should be moved out. There were NO paper toilet seat covers , not even a dispenser for covers for the toilet and there was no hook to hang a purse or a coat from. There was a small trash can with a foot pedal to open the lid. Please be as thoughtful of the adults needing to use the toilet by providing paper seat protectors and a hook to hang a purse or coat from, AND move the changing table to another area; waiting for an infant plus a toddler to be changed can take time which could cause an adult needing a toilet with grab bars the embarrassment of having an accident.

This is consistently the worst McDonald's out there. We've lived in Payson for 4 years now and have yet to have a good experience here. And it's not just the food that's always served wrong, or the items forgotten, or the meat undercooked... The service itself is consistently horrible. We've stopped going here for the last year and just go to the location in Springville or Spanish Fork, but we made the mistake of going here today. Sat in line at the drive through for probably about 3 minutes and no one said a word to us. We just left and started driving up to Springville after that. Honestly, McDonald's already seems to have a relatively low bar for food quality and customer service, but somehow this location managed to find a way to get to rock bottom. Do not recommend anyone goes here.
