Service was prompt enough considering the size of the order, but 3 items were missing from the bag when it arrived. Good thing we counted. I had to throw one away though because it had NASTY raw bacon on it! Ew! I will be forever wary of this location.

When I pulled up to pay, the guy was browsing on his phone and it took him a few moments to look up and even see me there. Also got the wrong food (didn’t see it until I got home unfortunately but still). I wondered why they built another McDonalds the next exit up in Payson but now I’m glad they did. Hopefully I’ll get better service there than at this one.

I made an order on the app and arrived at the store. I waited and waited, trying to be patient. Finally 26 minutes later I asked about my order and they said they were not able to fulfill it. And that eventually my money would be refunded. Couldn't they have told me right away my order was cancelled. If I had been even more patient I could have waited there all afternoon. I didn't have time to go anywhere else, wasted my entire lunch driving, waiting, driving back to work. I could tell the employees didn't care about my time or frustration. This location has gone downhill the last few months. I'll try the other one across town from now on.

Spent over 20$ and had to get a refund because they have so many new people there they have not one but two quarter pounders raw 0-5 star every time I go there either they give 5 nuggets on a 6 piece or there food is not cooked or food is cold and stale

This McDonalds is NOT open 24 hours! We tried contacting McDonalds per the owners link. It comes up with a 404 error. Obviously no one is really interested whether you waste your time coming off the freeway to find it is closed. We hope that the guy behind us leaves a comment as well!
I’ve been a regular customer at this location for years, and I’ve always tried to give it the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, I’ve reached the point where I can no longer stay silent. Every single visit (without exception) results in some kind of mistake. Just a few days ago, I specifically asked the drive-thru employee if everything was in the bag. He shrugged and said nothing. I pulled forward, checked the order, and discovered it was an entirely different customer’s food. Today I went inside. The advertised Grinch meal was already out of stock (disappointing, but understandable). What is not understandable is that I ordered a plain hamburger—an option that literally appears on your menu—only to get home and find every topping imaginable on it. I didn’t check the sandwich in-store because the restaurant was nearly empty and I (foolishly) assumed basic competence on something as simple as “plain.” This location consistently demonstrates an unacceptable lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and outright indifference toward getting orders right. Being in a small town is not an excuse for repeatedly failing at the most fundamental aspects of fast food service. Customers in this community deserve far better than this. I’m extremely disappointed and, frankly, tired of wasting my money here. Serious improvement is needed.

Went there tonight. First, they would not accept cash because of they had taken a fake bill. How hard is it to check cash and see if it's fake??? Then, our food was wrong, after we waited forever! We asked for a plain burger, the paper said it was plain, then we get home and it had everything on it, so my son couldn't eat it. Then we asked for no onions on our quater pounder and it comes WITH onions and NO PICKLES EVEN. It was the worst trip to a McDonald's ever. I will never go to the payson one Again!!! The staff was also so rude about not taking cash.

McDonald's is McDonald's. The food is consistent. The service was uncharacteristically slow, but they were swamped. Being the evening before Thanksgiving, everyone was out doing last-minute shopping. Many -including us- decided just to grab some fast food on the way home. The staff tried to keep up, but they were run ragged. Still, they did their best. The food was decent. The fries were excellent. Hot, fresh, and tasty, they made the meal.
