I live in payson and for the last little while I’ve door dashed and curbside ordered food and literally every time I’ve missed items even the most obvious things like drinks apparently we don’t double check before sending orders out I get so tempted to go to Salem I’ve never once had issues with that location only thing stopping me is the drive but at this point if I know I’ll get what I pay for I might as well. My advice CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE YOU LEAVE 50/50 chance you are most likely missing things

I was abruptly disconnected after barely getting a few words in. When I called back, the person was unhelpful despite my polite and respectful approach. I was simply seeking assistance with an order that had been mixed up.

I don't eat McDonald's much and every time I do I remember why. I ordered a filet of fish and they have gotten tiny which would be one thing but when it only has a half piece of cheese and not even as much tarter sauce as a packet would have in it is pretty ridiculous. I can get a seaburger at the local burger joint in town that's twice the size and not processed to the point it'll never decay for just about the same price. The workers at this location are all very friendly and keep it clean and looking good. Corporate can't figure out why their profits are down? I for one am ready to see the downfall of McDonald's, then maybe the employee’s can find better employment and we can move on from garbage food and corporations that only care about shareholders profits.

5 stars, but it's still just fast food. It's 5 stars for fast food. If this was what we got at a better place, we'd have given it two stars. Ya, you know what you're getting when you go here and it was good for what it is. The drive-thru worker was very friendly.

Just went to grab some lunch. I ordered sweet tea and hubby ordered Coke. Sweet tea was so overly sweet I could not drink it. I changed to Diet Coke. All of the sodas had no carbonation. I stood at the counter to let someone know. He responded not with any words, but a look like what should I do. We waited and no one looked at the issue or offered to make it right. Service is a thing of the past!

Literally my favorite McDonald’s location on this entire planet. Every single time I have been here I am only treated with kindness and the employees that help me are always so awesome and fun to talk to. Love this place!
I went there tonight around 6. I had a code from my mobile app that wouldn't work. So I asked the back window guy if I could pull forward. He was very nice and friendly. He even tried to help out when it wouldn't work for him. He got his manager and they got me the big Mac meal for what it said on the app. I kept apologizing to him about my phone being a pain and everything. He told me it was all good. After I paid I asked him if I could get extra pickles on my sandwich and he told his manager. I am very impress with them and them being so kind. I pulled up to the second window. The guy who was presenting the food was not very nice at all. He almost gave me the wrong food and drinks. I told him very nicely that I had a big Mac meal with a Dr. Pepper. He handed my food and drink. I said thank you to him. He didn't say nothing to me at all and he had a very annoyed look on his face. He was very rude. And honestly if he don't like dealing with customers he should get a different job where he don't have to deal with customers. I am very very dissatisfied with his attitude and how he treated me
