I was a little skeptical going in because you never know about small hole in the wall Mexican joints- they are either the best you’ve ever had or you get food poisoning. Luckily Snappers was some of THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD IVE HAD! This place is the best authentic mexican resturant in Payson. It is also the best mexican resturant in Utah County. Payson has been desperately needing a good seafood place and this place is it. Also it was very fresh.

Had a great dinner at Snapper! We had the guacamole, which was amazing itself with fresh tortilla chips. We ordered some tacos and the steak enchiladas! Everything was amazing! I also ordered some horchata, and it didn't disappoint! 10/10 Will be coming back!Dietary restrictions: Has a variety of options that should be gluten-free themselves, not sure of exposure in kitchen!
