Love, LOVE their Dirty Chai, and the drive-thru!! My ONLY reason to not give 5 stars is that I was upcharged $2 for alternative milk (at least for soy…my fav)! I’ve never been charged more than $1 at other coffee shops, and frankly, i can’t understand the upcharge at any coffee shop …dairy is virtually the same price point, plus all of the alternative milks (oat, almond, soy etc) come in shelf stable cartons for around $2-3 a quart….
