Mild food and mild atmosphere. Price was reasonable but wait time was long. The fact that dont serve alcoholic drinks other than beer is silly but then again so are the laws around it in Utah. If you want more flavor try Maracas in Santaquin.

The owner Mario is the greatest guy and has the best Mexican food in town! Great atmosphere and very fair pricing. We eat here frequently.
If you enjoy good Mexican food, don’t come here. The tables are falling apart and the seats are ripping. The food was terrible. I had the enchiladas and they were overcooked with burnt beans. My husbands fajitas had a weird seasoning on it that was nasty. Their drinks came out super syrupy which was nasty.
Our server was not that attentive. She only came to get the order, deliver it and we had to flag down for the check. Otherwise she was no where to be seen.

Some of the best Mexican food I have ever had. This is our favorite Mexican restaurant.
Update: I'm not sure what is going on here. The last three times we have come here the service is terrible. We waited 45 minutes for the waitress to take our order. She had set us up with chips and salsa and our drinks and didn't come back for 45 minutes. None of the other waitresses or table clears will even make eye contact for you to ask them to get your server. After finally ordering it was a least another 40 minutes more before she brought our cold food to us. We couldn't even eat it. She never came back to check on us. I had to literally walk to the waitress station and ask for a box. They then charged us 2 extra dollars because they had brought us more chips after finally ordering. I wish this was a one off but it wasn't. The two times I have gone out was terrible service but not quite as long a wait as last night and the food was served hot. This really makes me sad. Several of my family members have already decided they won't go back. I hope they get their waitress problem fixed.
Tucked in the historic downtown Payson this Quant location has yummy food, I enjoy the steak fajitas and making a wish in their indoor fountain. 😋
Expert tip - allow an extra hour or two to visit the awesome stores on Utah Avenue.
It was great food and great service 😀

I always make it in for their Carnitas if I'm in town. The service is indifferent but adequate when i eat in. The prices are fair, and the atmosphere is usually semi festive... worth the trip
Food is good! But portion size has significantly decreased. Jose special (big salad on a tortilla) used to be a beautiful dinner for two people. Picked mine up today and it's half the size. Salsa and chips not included! I would so much rather pay the appropriate price for consistency than think I'm getting what I've always paid for and get half. Dang it!
Fantastic place and food! Their beef enchiladas and beef tacos are a must try!
Horrible all around. Don't bother. Go somewhere else.
This is one of my families go to places for comfort food. The #34 (chicken enchiladas) is my favorite. I usually don’t like beans and rice but at Mi Rancherito I eat everything that is on my plate. I never have leftovers.
Service is always fast and friendly.
Another cool thing is the history of the location. The building is historic and has a cool story.
