I ordered scones and sourdough bread from Rebecca, and they were absolutely delicious! The scones were perfectly baked, soft on the inside with just the right amount of sweetness, and the sourdough had that amazing texture and flavor you can only get from something made with love and care. Everything was so fresh and flavorful! I can tell she takes pride in her baking. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!

If it looks like a hungry bear just tore this bag apart it was actually our family fighting over the last few slices. This sourdough bread is exceptional. We made toast, grilled cheese sandwiches, French toast and just plain. The problem is the loaf is gone and we need more. The eclairs were scrumptious as well. My Mom just moved to Payson and a neighbor brought this to us. What a great welcome to Payson.

I just had the most amazing experience with Rebecca’s Baked Bliss in Payson, Utah! Today is my birthday, and Rebecca made me the most delicious scones so I could make my favorite dish—Navajo tacos. It truly made my whole day extra special! On top of that, she had an extra loaf of sourdough bread I purchased that was absolutely incredible.
Her service was outstanding, and the food was fresh, homemade, and still hot out of the oven. You can taste the love and care she puts into everything she makes! I only wish I had discovered this little gem sooner, but she has definitely gained a customer for life.
Rebecca offers so many amazing treats, including cakes, pastries, caramel apples, éclairs, and even catering services. If you haven’t checked out Rebecca’s Baked Bliss, you’re seriously missing out! Highly, highly recommend!

I ordered a space themed cake and it was amazing!! Not only did it look great but it tasted delicious. We did a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and the buttercream was not overly sweet so it all came together perfectly. I HIGHLY recommend and will be ordering from Rebecca in the future.

Oh my goodness! The best Raspberry sweet roll I have ever had! The icing was sweet, but not too sweet, the raspberry flavor (fresh berries) were plentiful! I would buy this again and again!
Rebecca had her food truck at an event we were at, we bought cinnamon rolls that were delicious. We were all SO disappointed when we went back to get more and she was gone the next day, we will definitely be ordering more straight from her!!!!!

There are not enough words in any language to describe Mrs. Rebecca and her baking skills. I ordered barely two weeks ago a bag of caramels (and they arent small bags!) and ate the entire bag in 2 days, called back and ordered 2 more, since I only gave my mom 1 or 2 out of mine, she already needed her own bag haha ♡ Getting ready to make another order now - her salted caramels should be illegal ?But she is also so, so incredibly kind and if you ever have a problem, she fixes it right away. When she comes to the window in her bakery, she always greets you with a massive smile and it's so hard not to do the same, her joy in what she does is contagious ☺️ This is an incredible place and you definitely won't regret stopping by ♡

I called Rebecca on a Friday morning needing a German chocolate cake for my mothers 83rd birthday on Saturday.
I picked up the massive German chocolate sheet cake Saturday at noon. My mother lives in a residential care home with approximately 25 other residents plus staff. We served about 1/2 the residents and barely made a dent in the cake. They will also get cake after dinner.
All I heard from the party participants was how amazingly wonderful the cake was. Delicious, not too sweet, so good! My favorite compliment came from a staff member. I heard her tell her coworker, “This cake is better than my wedding cake!”
Rebecca makes a truly delicious cake and she is delightful to work with. We may have filled up a couple of dessert plates with the German chocolate cake to bring home. Unfortunately I don’t have a picture of the entire cake.
