I have a good experience with the staff here most of the time. Drive-through is mostly efficient, and the in store is always nice and kind to interact with. I did have one experience that made me not want to go back ever, but the options are limited in Payson and that hasn't happened again since (2 years ago).

I’m allergic to everything under the sun. I appreciate the new cook (morning) and taking her time to read label ingredients And let me know something that I’ve been ordering almost every day contains something that has an allergen, which helps me because my throat swells up and closes off overtime, not immediately so since she went above and beyond other employees here yet, she literally may have saved my life. Honestly, it’s hit or miss. Depends who’s working. Some of the other reviews complaining about lack of meat are legit. My biggest complaint is the value. Taco Bell used to be crappy cheap food. Now it’s crappy expensive food. The beefy 5 layer burrito is smaller but more expensive now. Can’t justify it with the prices.
