While doing a spotting expedition for deer season, we had been out for a week in the wild; I suggest dinner at the Brandin' Iron, but there was a long line; we checked and were immediately given a table, before all the "dressed up" folks waiting; our waited was a cute local gal, who made us comfortable and made sure we were fed. The "dressed up" folks were all a bit miffed, but we had a table for 2, not 6-8.
Only issue was I asked for my steak to be medium and it was way over cooked and dry and they wouldn't remake it ? I've never had that before anywhere but besides that it was great all around especially the mashed potatoes ?
