Sure, there are occasional mistakes here and there, but to all the negative reviews, it's Burger King; this isn't a 5* restaurant, so chill a bit. I adore this location. The staff is above and beyond friendly and eager to help you, and the food is surprisingly better than expected. I understand this place is a franchise location, so whoever owns it, I can tell the hard work you're putting into it. Keep it up!

We have been to a few locations just recently, the location in the Orem Walmart has the best service. They were incredibly kind and patient with my 6 children. They anticipated my needs and brought me extra items to help with potential issues. I have now received the same levels of care at other locations, so we tend to only go to the sand hill Rd in Orem, location. I don't find their food all that great, but knowing me and my crazy crew will be treated so well and respected......
