Waited in front of the drive thru pick up window for 5 minutes. I made eye contact with multiple employees but no one would come. Finally I knocked on the window and they gave me my order.

I’ve had multiple negative experiences at the drive up window. They need to get that together.

After working for 15 hrs and giving up on the idea of cooking at home. I saw that Chipotle was still open for another 25 min. Even though they were all getting ready to call it a night, I was welcomed in and served by positive staff. Also, that pulled pork burrito with hot sauce and guac was superb! I will definitely be going to Chipotle again!

Looks like this place has been review bombed… I saw nothing wrong with my experience and honestly was impressed. Smelled super good when I walked in, the line was pretty long and moved very quickly (like 5 mins), the guy taking orders explained the different meat options and gave me a sample. My burrito was huge, plenty of food, and my group of 7 all had a good experience.
