Every time i come here they take sooooo long and also give me the wrong order! Even when they are not busy this still happens. Tonight i waited in an EMPTY drive thru for almost 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches and they got my order wrong AGAIN i will never go to this location again. The food is always good but the customer service is enough to dive people away. So annoying. Crazy thing is after i told them my order was wrong they made me new sandwiches in under 5 minutes! Tell me why it takes them 30 minutes to do something they showed me they can do in 5 minutes!

Their service is absolutely atrocious. Every time I have come through either the drive through or inside the restaurant, service takes at least 25minutes. There is always a line and it always takes absolutely forever to get my food. Quite frankly I try to avoid this location because of how slow they are.

We used to never have issues with this location. It seems within the last couple months we cannot order a pick up order without waiting 15-30 min after our pick up time to receive our food. We have continued to come back in hopes things will change but I think after waiting for over 30 min tonight passed our pick up time, we will make the drive to the further location.

Very very slow location. Make sure you have a ton of free time.

Waited 40 minutes for an order, managers ignore guests, only for them to mess up the order. Completely unacceptable behavior by staff.

Had an awesome experience at Mike’s Jersey Mike’s Subs! The staff was super friendly and quick, even during the lunch rush. I got the #13 Original Italian, and it was packed with fresh ingredients—bread was perfectly toasted, and the “Mike’s Way” toppings were spot on. The place was clean, and the vibe was welcoming. Definitely my go-to spot for a sub now! Highly recommend

The service that Jordan provided to me was top notch. 25mins after closing he made my sandwich for me because there had been an error. He thought out if it was a problem he could solve right then, even though they were putting things away, he got it done. My wife loves the sandwiches! And Jordan is the man!
