I went there yesterday to use a gift card with plenty of money on it and it worked. Today a different employee was really rude and said it wont work at this specific location and i explained how i used it here yesterday and worked. He was rude and said there was nothing he could do. The lines always take forever i wait at least 15 minutes no matter the line.

Jersey Mikes was super busy when I went, but the staff was moving quickly to get everyone through the line. Trey built my sandwiches and while he was building he was kind and personable and the sandwich turned out great!
I love to go to Jersey Mike’s. Every part of going there makes my day. There is a kid named Trey working there. He really seems to care about the customs that visit this Jersey Mikes.
The sandwich was great. The service couldn’t have been better. There was a person named Trey working there & he seemed to be very knowledgeable about the needs of his customers. It would be nice if we had more people like Trey to help the customers in every store.
No one better to make me a Sammy than Trey. Thank you!
I happened on Maegan's first day and she was fantastic! My favorite lunch spot for my favorite sub!

Drive thru (15 min) gave me someone else’s order, went inside to sort it out. Was told to hang tight while they got my food. Waited awhile (30 min) before asking again on the status of my food, person at the front had no idea. I then had to re-explain again the mixup of them giving me the wrong order. At this point lunch rush is happening and the place is packed, they finally get me my 2 sandwiches…an hour after getting the wrong order in drive thru. Both sandwiches were wrong and all I could do was laugh.

the people who work here are clearly incompetent and lazy because they can never seem to give me anything other than my sandwich when I order take out from here. Don’t offer chips and drinks if you’re never going to put them in the bag. The staff is always so rude. I also would not recommend going through the drive though unless you want to spend your entire day there. I would not recommend going to this location until they get some real staff.
