Being from Washington state, i really missed good teriyaki since Utah’s teriyaki game was horrible (oily and runny sauce).This place is the best teriyaki in the WORLD. The food was made fresh and as ordered. It was absolutely delicious and we will visit again! I had the teriyaki chicken with gyoza plate (combo A). The food actually is as good as it looks in pictures on their menu. Friendly service and good music.

Overall I'm pretty happy with Happy Teriyaki, though I'm not sure it will be a new "go-to" fast casual restaurant for me. I do think it makes it on the rotation list to revisit when I'm in the area because the price was comparable to other restaurants in the area and I was satisfied with the large portion size.I went with a combo bowl of rice with orange and teriyaki chicken.
