This might be the worst breakfast place in Utah County. I had to basically gag my croissant down. It honestly felt like my croissant was made three days prior to me, ordering it. Save your money go to Einstein bagels. I also ordered a large soda cup and they gave me a small. Completely scammed me. I pray you see my review and save a buck.

I ordered the Italian Sandwich and it was served soaked in Italian dressing and mayo. The bread became soggy and ruined the entire sandwich.

Had a great lunch with my daughter today. She enjoyed her Chipolte Chicken Sandwich and Broccoli Cheddar soup. I had the BLT salad with chicken and it was filling.

2. I watched a *team lead* use a plastic knife to scrape something off my gift card, then put the plastic knife back in the same bin to be grabbed for a customer to use
3. Same team lead made me feel like I was a burden for ordering

I went to the restaurant with my family a few days ago. We were sitting at the table and my daughter noticed that her pants were catching on something under the table. We looked, and it had left a few tears in my daughters pants. There was a screw that was stripped out so bad that there was razor sharp metal sticking out from the screw head. We brought the attention to the manager, about how our daughter just purchased these $80 pants and she had agreed that it was a dangerous screw and was sorry that they caused damage to her pants and that she can't afford to pay for new pants for her, but she offered us some pastries. They removed the table so that no one else could get hurt and she encouraged us to reach out to the general manager, and gave us her card with the info on it. We contacted the general manager and she is trying to tell me that she inspected the table and that there are no screws that can cause bodily harm and they fit the safety standards..I asked to meet in person to make sure we are talking about the same screw because I know that my daughters pants were damaged by the screw. She refuses to meet in person and is offering a $30 gift card to the restaurant to keep our business. I'm sorry, but $30 is a slap in the face for their table damaging my daughters expensive pants. I absolutely will not be returning unless they make this right. I have photos of the screw and the pants. And she is trying to say that all their tables are like this in all of their locations. Disregarding the fact that this screw was stripped through on this particular table. So I'm sure all the restaurants use the same tables and the same screws, but I'm hoping and assuming that they aren't all stripped out like this one. Which is why, I'd like to meet in person to show her the photo and see the table to make sure we are talking about the same table/screw.

Way too expensive for the amount of food. I shouldn't spend $15 to have to supplement my lunch.
