Rancherito's Mexican Food

i love rancheritos, and love that at this location they give you a lot more food than at other locations.. but this js the third time ive been to this location and the fries are just horrible. i always order the carne asada fries plate, and they always come with no salt whatsoever, and they're not fried. idk what happens to the fries, but they taste like nothing, and they feel like plastic (old-fries like). and this is very frustrating! i hope yall can figure out whats wrong, cuz i love rancheritos and i hate to have to go to orems location when i have one so close to home.

We showed up at 7:30am to grab breakfast before a trip and there was no one inside. Their hours show that they're open at 7:00am. Also, the other night they were understaffed and took 40 minutes to get our food to us.

Their food is seriously delicious and they are great people, just unimpressed with and disappointed by the service.

Rancherito’s has always been a great go-to place for my wife and I to grab quick food that we can both eat since they’re vegetarian. We used to go to the North Temple SLC location all the time when living up there and it was our favorite and always made everything perfectly!

When this location opened we were excited to have a location closer to where we moved. However, since open the time to get your food takes forever! I’ve seen multiple people just leave the drive-thru cause they’ve gotten tired of waiting. At the rate it takes, Id be better off sitting inside or going elsewhere. I’ve tried various other locations and none have been nearly as slow as this one.

While specific and not specific to this location, it really bums me out that the red and green sauces vary by location. Like they’re all made in-house it seems but they all use different recipes. This location the sauce is weirdly gelatinous and doesn’t pour well, other locations Ive been its been super watery. North Temple SLC location so far again has had the best sauce so far.

Ordered a $17 plate and there was a hair in it. I spit the food out and threw it away. Called to complain. They wanted me to drive back with the food and the hair. That’s ridiculous. 2 inch black hair definitely one of the cooks. Ordered takeout and still had to wait 10 min for it.

Rancherito’s was one of the first places in Utah I’ve tried after moving here from Texas. The portions are huge for the price and everything tastes super fresh. There’s usually a little wait, but it’s totally worth it once you get your food. The people working there are always friendly too. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I have family and friends visiting from out of town! 1000/10 🌮🔥

Wow!!! Fantastic!! The food was great. The pickled jalapeños and carrots were so good! The hot sauce was amazing!

I waited almost 30 minutes in the drive through before it was my turn to pull up to the window. There were only two cars in front of me. I wasn’t going to wait another 10+ minutes to get my food, so I just left.

This is the BEST rancheritos location anywhere. They give you a ton of food, they’re super nice, and they make the food better than the other locations too. The carne asada fries portion is pretty close to double what I’ve seen at any other locations. I drive way out of my way just to go to this one at least once a week.

I normally love rancheritos, so I don’t know what’s going on with this place because the service is awful. Two times now I’ve gone through the drive through with no one in front of me and I’ve waited more than 20 minutes to get my food. You’d think that they fell asleep or that they just forgot they are working the way Four cars started to line up behind me. Then when you drive past the window to be able to see in the lobby, once you finally got your food almost a half hour later, there’s no one in the lobby either. If I go to literally any other location, I can order my food and be on my way in less than three minutes, so to say I’m disappointed with this particular branch is a bit of an understatement.

This is the best rancheritos I’ve ever been to by far and I’m an avid rancheritos fan. I DoorDash from here regularly and they always get my order right and they have the most insane options of things you can add to your burrito, like wrap it in a quesadilla and add hot Cheetos. Absolutely goated restaurant. 10/10 will always be a returning customer.

The service here always comes with a smile even when they are having a difficult day. I like their all meat burrito in the morning and the Diablo in the afternoon. Beatriz always makes my day!

This is the best Rancheritos and I’ve tried a number of locations! They make the best carne asada fries burrito and their sauces are fantastic! The workers are friendly

The only thing to improve is that it could be a little more clean.
