I’ve always had bad service here but was nearby and decided to give it a try again. It was before 6pm (and they close at 9pm) and the doors were locked. The employees just stared and laughed rather than do anything? They then proceeded to turn off the lights and laugh. I was so upset I just decided to go to Dutch bros instead cause I’m not giving them my money if that’s how they’re gonna act.

Love the ice cubes here lol the staff is very friendly, once in awhile I run into someone that seems they’re just tired and out of energy, but no bad attitude ever, I ’ve been going here for 6 months now and I have never had an issue with my order

I was already having a rough day, and when I came in to order my drink, I thought maybe things were turning around. Then I sat down, went to plug in my charger, and—like clockwork—knocked my entire drink over.

Before I could even process my life choices, one of the baristas was already there with a mop like some kind of cleanup ninja. Not once did she look annoyed or frustrated—just smiled, asked if I wanted a new drink, and handled it like a pro.

Now, I can’t say for sure she wasn’t muttering some words under her breath on the way to grab that mop—but from where I was sitting, she was calm and collected. Top-notch service!

Just wanted to give a quick shout out to the great customer service from the young lady in the drive up today. The service is always was fast and friendly. The young lady took time to have a brief conversation and the drive up during a busy day. It was just a brief moment but I think I just needed a light like hers to brighten my day. Always great service.

This was the best Starbucks my fiancé and I have EVER been to! Staff were amazing, food and beverages were better tasting than anywhere else. Thank you guys!

I'm pissed about apple coffee....

I ordered a venti hot chai with oat milk. Kennedy greeted me with kindness when I entered the store, then personally delivered my chai in a ceramic cup to my seat—going above and beyond her duties. Thank you, Kennedy, for your kindness during the worst two days of the past two years.

No Matcha in Frappuccino!
Home of the palest Matcha Frappuccino you'll ever see!
Not one to complain about much of anything, but this needs attention.
I feel like I am getting swindled every time I buy one from the Pleasant Grove location.
When I mention it to the staff, they will politely remake it, but charge extra to put an extra scoop of matcha powder in it.
I am often tempted to show them what a Matcha Frapp from any other location looks like, but I don't think they will do anything to change.
Pictures are worth a thousand words. This image is not doctored in any way and I even held it next to a white wall to provide the greatest contrast.
Major disappointment and not worth the money.

I purchased some kind of caramel drink recommended to me by Ivy and it was delicious and well made! Will be coming back!
