Lost Texan BBQ Reviews
I went to an event that Lost Texan catered and the food was incredible. Really loved the Blue Heat sauce along with the beans. They add bits of sausage to make it really pop. The new owner was super gracious. Was glad to talk with her about some of the things they’re working on coming up. Would definitely recommend.
Our motorcycle group rides across the western USA looking for great BBQ. We have tried food from one end of UTAH to the other, Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada, California, Oregon and Montana. Good BBQ and really great people.
We had a catering job fall through with one of their competitors, we reached out to Lost Texan and they have been so accommodating in helping us. Looking forward to doing more business with them in the future.

Lost Texan BBQ is a restaurant that serves delicious BBQ dishes, including jalapeño cheddar sausage, cheddar potatoes, and the popular mac and cheese. The shredded chicken is highly praised for its flavor and tenderness, while the burnt ends and brisket are described as super tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The blueberry ribs are sweet and yummy, with a hint of blueberry that adds a unique touch. The corn bread is buttery and divine, loved by children and adults alike. The mash potatoes are also highly appreciated for their quality. The service is friendly and welcoming, with staff ensuring customers have a great experience. While some customers have noted that portion sizes can be small and the meat overly juicy or mushy at times, many are very happy with their meals. The restaurant features a unique atmosphere, including a tribute to the military, and is highly recommended for its flavorful food and welcoming staff. The new owners have further improved the food, with the brisket and "Texas twinkies" (jalapeño poppers) receiving exceptional praise.
