Lately I have been obsessed with their birria burritos - to the point where one of my coworkers makes fun of me ha ha. I once tried a birria plate with 2 birria tacos and rice and beans as well. It was pretty good, but not quite as good as the birria burrito. Any birria item comes with tender shredded meat and consomé to use as a dip and it's the consomé that I am so addicted to lately. This place was amazing and super well priced. We are from Seattle and this was a really nice little respite on our road trip. Their pickled veggies are so good! We'll have to stop back through here if we come back through Utah <3
When they first opened their food was the best. The rice was amazing. Now it taste like it comes from a box. I don’t know if they changed cooks but the food is not as good as it was when they first opened. It taste like fast food Mexican in a restaurant. All can and box prepared. Not authentic.
