I recently visited the Little Caesars in Price, Utah, and overall had a positive experience. The staff was friendly, quick, and efficient—they got my order ready in no time, which was great! I went in to get a couple pizzas. When I ordered I asked how long it would be. She said 10 minutes. I went out and sat in my truck for 15 minutes just to be sure. When I got back she said it would be another 5 minutes. They were not busy. I waited. When they were ready I got my pizzas and two bread sauce. The sauces were half empty, and in smaller containers than normal. She ended up just giving me two more and I left. What's going on LC?
I ordered through the portal. The order was not ready on time, which was very frustrating. The woman at the front was not understanding, simply saying, "Well, it isn't always ready when it says it will be..." Then what's the point of the time?
