A great little sushi shop in the heart of Provo. An intimate setting with a manageable menu that includes many traditional favorites, with a few specialty rolls. Well worth a visit for your next date night.
I love Bonsai! Their sushi is delicious and so fresh. I normally order takeout, and my roll has always been ready in under 10 minutes. All of their rolls are fairly priced. My favorite is the Vegas roll.
Listen, to walk in and take a look around you would fairly assume that it’s going to be less-than-great BUT YOU WOULD BE WRONG! This little, tucked away gem is quite possibly THE BEST sushi I have ever had (and I have eaten sushi everywhere!) We have abandoned all our other sushi places and exclusively come here. I cannot recommend it enough! My only complaint would be that they serve sodas from the can and not a fountain. Otherwise, superb!
