The ice cream was actually delicious and satisfying, the customer service was lacking! She took our order and slowly got them out to us, without giving us spoons. Then she took her boyfriend’s order in between getting our order out to us, while also just talking on her phone taking her sweet time. The kid who got their ice cream first was finished by the time we got the last ice cream for our family. Super slow and awful service.

The first time I went here I ordered birthday cake and it had FROSTING in the ice cream!! It was the best birthday cake ice cream I've ever had. I looked up their menu today and they didn't HAVE that flavor, but when they do... I'll be back.

If there was a way to put 6 or 7 stars, I would! This place outperforms all others and always has amazing seasonal flavors to try. I love it so much that I don’t even enjoy other ice cream places as much anymore. Brusters can take a flavor and perfectly embody it in the ice cream!
Also, Tiewa is an amazing manager there and treats you well every time
