We just celebrated our son’s and daughter in law’s wedding and Zuppa’s catered our luncheon.

They went above and beyond while we were ordering at the store. It has to be done with the App, but they sat down with us and guided us. Any exception we needed they took note of and made it happen. They delivered right on time.

If you have a pickup order , give them about 20 extra minutes. Waited for a very long time and it would have been faster to simply get in line. I think the worse part is that they sent the text saying the order was ready probably to make the time look good on their end, indeed didn’t get my food until 10 + mins later. They should probably adjust their online order times if they cannot have orders ready at the time.

The food is great and the employees are so nice but both times I've placed an online order I have to wait at least 30 mins past the pickup time. So I'd recommend just ordering in person.
