Why does Cafe Rio not have shredded lettuce anymore? They have big chunks of ripped lettuce including big chunks of the lettuce core. Was wondering if it is so less lettuce is used? Your salad looks full, but amounts to a few big lettuce leafs along with some lettuce core. This fills the pan quickly and make it looks full. Cost effective for Cafe Rio? Not so appealing to customer. For sure:)
