This is by far the best food truck I've been to. I got the empanada and the birria taco and both were super good! Damian is super cool and is an awesome chef. The prices are really good too! Highly recommend!

Chimisalsa is the best food I’ve tried from a foodtruck! It reminds me of my hometown (Argentina). Damian is a great chef!What I like the most is that the taste of food is always the same. You can comeback and ask for the food you loved last time and It will taste the same as that time!!! I recommend them 100%. You have to try it!

We got the milanesa, brisket, and alfajores (cookies with dulce de leche)! Such a fun, new flavor experience! Also, he makes his own bread for the sandwiches! Amazing!

We loved it!!!! We got the steak milanesa and beef empanadas. Being from Argentina myself I can tell you these were amazing!!!! The milanesa was super good, and the empanada was spot on. We also got the pasta Frola- delicious! It was my first time buying from them and Im definitely coming back. I hope they get plenty of business cause they deserve it for the quality food they serve!
